"Really great way to spend a summer day. Easy to book but accepting walk ins (at least in the morning). It gets pretty crowded but not unmanageable. You need to put your towel on the ground that is concrete but the pool is not overcrowded. Remember to take 1 pound for the lockers (retrievable). They have a cafe that serves coffee, drinks and food through the day. If you book morning you can stay practically the whole day. There is enough place decaded for both free swimming and the professional swimming. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent. The automated gates only work around 10 mins before and after booking which is fine unless you’re stuck in a queue and have to wait even longer. The staff look stoned and wouldn’t rush for anyone. Otherwise the cafe is fab, the Scottish lady that runs it is brilliant. The lanes work well and well ordered."

"Great location (on the fields). It’s a pool for people who actually come to swim. The lanes are separated for how advanced you are at swimming and unfortunately you can get stuck in lanes where you feel v rushed or are stuck behind people for a long time. It’s a good lido overall though"

"My favourite place in London. The pool is always a gorgeous temperature, summer or winter, and every member of staff is super friendly and helpful. Facilities are amazing given the low entry fee. Great atmosphere in the lanes with very friendly swimmers. I am not sure why you would bother swimming anywhere else."
