Novotel London Heathrow Airport - M4 Jct 4
● Open“Excellent staff, great bar, rooms are very comfortable. Really recommend it for business meetings. Shuttle bus to and from the airport. Great time there. If you need to go in city center its is convenient to catch the underground at the nearest underground station, easily reachable with a bus, you save a lot of time if you compare to go back to airport and catch there the underground. We just had a one night stay flying into and then out of Heathrow. We took the free bus there from the airport and it was about a 30 minute ride from Heathrow. The hotel is clean and modern, very typical Novotel property. They do have a nice bar for snacks and breakfast plus a full service restaurant. The service in the restaurant is great and the food is very good Italian. Clean, spacious room with full amenities. Very good restaurant, though it used to be small and intimate with lots of ambiance, and has been expanded and a bit too modern. Great hotel stay near airport. Good bus service from airport. Stayed here as most people do I imagine to be close to the airport before flying early the next day. Was a bit troublesome to get to - would have been better if walking distance from the airport - but when we got there we had a very nice meal in the Italian restaurant. Went for a swim afterwards, Room was good, very nice bathroom and shower, nice TV and comfy bed (but pillows too soft and no choice to change them). Would certainly go back if needing an overnighter. Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”

Holiday Inn Express London - Park Royal, an IHG Hotel

Tesco express, Costa and Domino's are nearby.”

Holiday Inn London - West
● Open“Our hotel in three different occasions during our UK tour. Rooms are fine but the beds are on the narrow side, though. The included breakfast was great. Always smiling and welcoming. The Hilton Honors app with the ability to have a digital key and avoid check in/ check out is brilliant. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and it is one of my favorites in London.”

Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge
● Open“Stayed on a first-time business trip and, boy, this place does not disappoint. Whilst it is on the steeper side for an overnight stay, the extra facilities guests have access to (spa, gym, pool etc) in the price plus the service and quality of the rooms makes it value for money. Room service food was fantastic and the room amenities are excellent. Especially love the small Nespresso coffee machines in the rooms, makes a welcome change to a decent morning brew! My only comment is the shower in the room did have some light mould/mildew on the tiles around the ceiling, but honestly very light and only spotted because of my height. Not enough to bring the overall experience down at all. And the breakfast buffet service, whew! Amazing spread of cooked breakfast items, fruit, cereals, pastries, juices, everything! Leo's Restaurant where meals are served has a lovely open atmosphere and great lighting from the massive windows along the outside wall.”

British Airways Galleries Club Lounge
● Open“The lounges and overall business service is very good! Made flying so much more relaxed. Menu on the ground is limited but the food is tasty. The food in the air is good, never before have i even attempted to eat plane food after a bad experience many years ago. But they served a great dish on a real plate. The staff were amazing, the lounge is generally quiet and well maintained. A must for travelling in the current covid world.”

British Airways First Lounge
● OpenWellington Road, Hounslow TW6 2FF, United Kingdom“What can I say about this lounge… well when compared to other lounges, even in other parts of Heathrow, it’s not that great. It can’t hold a candle to the Cathay or Qantas lounge in T3, It’s a little dated and I wouldn’t say it’s overly luxurious. However the main selling point of this lounge is that it is not a pay to use lounge and the connectivity of the First Wing in general. It’s the best lounge in T5 and it beats any lounge that isn’t ab airline status lounge . Firstly you can only get access if you are BA Gold or OneWorld equivalent (OneWorld Emerald) or you are flying first class. However if you are flying first you get access to the Concorde Room so wouldn’t use this lounge anyway. The access to the lounge is its main selling point as you go to the separate “First Wing” that has its own check in desks and security, and after security you walk down a short corridor and right into the lounge. This is fantastic as it means you come directly into the lounge without a long walk through the general terminal area. The size of the lounge is pretty big but with only a few drink stations positioned apart from the main food and beverage area. Plenty of seats in various configurations and a few work places. Throughout the pandemic, for food and beverage it was order only through barcode and phone, and at the time writing this is still available but there is a small, ever growing buffet coming back. This phone ordering was actually quite good but the selection could vary. Currently the buffet at breakfast has a decent selection of hot English breakfast, as well as fruit, pastries, cereal and other cold items. There are a few juices available and three coffee machines, that can get quite crowded during peak times. The food selection is good but it’s nothing to shout about, however it is recovering and getting better as time goes on. In terms of seating the furniture is quite old and tired but comfortable enough. It would be good if there was more charging points but if you are really desperate you will find one. I enjoy the Concorde terrace at the end of the lounge as it is usually quieter and offers runway views as well as feels much more open. The staff are always hard working and friendly and keep the lounge generally clean. As is the case with any lounge, how busy it gets really really affects the experience. When it’s busy it’s unpleasant but when empty (very very early in the morning) it can be quite nice. The lounge will fill up quite quickly after opening and usually there is a queue waiting to get in. But toilet facilities are however appalling. While located within the lounge, they are quite dated and usually have a queue of people waiting to get in the 6 or so cubicles available. This is just not good enough for a first class lounge. They are individual stalls which is nice and are generally quite clean but in major need of an upgrade and in need of more! All in all the major selling point of this lounge is its position in relation to the terminal and your route from taxi to plane. It very nice to have you’re own private section of the terminal which usually guarantees no check-in and security queues, and a very short walk from there to a comfy chair and coffee in the lounge. The facilities could use a face lift and if they continue improvement on the food section it will be good but all in all, to even be able to use this lounge you have to travel a lot. This means though you might be a discerning customer when it comes to airline lounges, you will use this place frequently and grow to like it a little bit. You will appreciate its layout in relation to the terminal and your travel experience, you will get to know it’s quirks, it’s up and downs and it will become like a mini home from home…”

Mayfair Lounge & Grill
● Open“Very impressed with our 3 course Sunday lunch today. The manager accommodated my dietary requirement with a different starter, the roast sirloin was really good, the cauliflower cheese was one of the best I’ve had & the apple & pear crumble was divine. Yes service was at a leisurely pace but with the piano playing for the guests it was a relaxed setting to enjoy our lunch in. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff so I’d thoroughly recommend.”

The Banc Restaurant & Shisha Lounge
● Closed“I had a lovely time at the Banc ! The security at the front of the restaurant was helpful. We were greeted by front staff and seated to our table immediately. The member of staff called Andrea was very accommodating, kind and friendly! Ordering our food with Andrea was simple and comfortable. Despite the restaurant being busy as it was a Saturday night! She is a GREAT TEAM MEMBER ! The starters and mains were really tasty and full of flavour. Security escorting guests to the customer car park is a very good idea. I hope to visit again! Definitely worth visiting :) Thank you Andrea and The Banc Team :)”
