“So the first room I had here wasn’t the best, it was clean yes but the air con was not working at all, and the bed felt dodgy luckily the lovely staff here were more then happy to transfer me to another room on the third floor where everything was working perfectly, the room was clean and fresh, spacious and comfortable. I was very pleased with the helpfulness here and the second room was exactly what I expected from Premier Inn. Would stay here again and a thank you to the lady here with the tan coloured hair.”

“A part of a weekend away package. The service was excellent, the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, they even manage to squeeze us in for a meal on a busy Saturday. As expected full of rock memorabilia the hotel is worth a visit if you're not staying. Very close to Hyde Park, bonus for us as we sat on the grass listening to the Rolling Stones in concert. The only issue We had was the toilet was very close to the sink and a bit of a squeeze. Otherwise worth every penny.”

“Room 1204 was unexpectedly EXCELLENT. Recommend for anyone wanting a perfect view of Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Big Ben and St Paul's in the distance. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment but that didn't matter we just went to the PI across the road for breakfast. Easy walk to major attractions.”

“Easy self check-in. Staff quickly available to support if needed. Compact rooms but not too small. Very clean. Good quality bed, sheets and showers. Bar open till after 11. Great location at 100m from Bethnal Green metro.”

“Everything about our stay was excellent, rooms are well maintained and clean. We reported our shower drain was draining slowly and they fixed it the same day we reported it. The rooms are small but they use the space really well. The room temperature is adjustable and they had it set nice and cool which made it easy to sleep during the August heatwave. Great amenities especially for the price. Close to public transportation, nearby shops, and restaurants all within a quick walk. Very pleased with our stay.”

“Had a lovely stay at Premierr inn Sidcup. The staff are so lovely, very welcoming with children too. Carmen has been amazing on our stay we would like to say a massive thank you ! “I was pleasantly surprised having not stayed at an Ibis since the days of bunkbeds. Staff were very pleasant, the room was a good size and the bed was conformable. Shower was large with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was well presented with good options. Happy to recommend. I will be staying again”

“I stayed at the Premier Inn in Woolwich for 4 nights during a recent visit to London and it was wonderful on every level. Very comfortable accommodation, with a Beefeater restaurant serving breakfast, lunch & dinner on the ground floor. Great location with easy access to the rest of London via the 2 tube stations a short walk from the hotel (DLR and Elizabeth lines). Will definitely be staying here again in the future!”

“remember this name as this is best hotel in London! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in- machine in the lobby gave us our room keys!!! all with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager BRAJAN who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby with coffee and tea machine and computer with printers - all free to use for guests- surly can make you feel like you home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice pub and club , so we have great night out as well. After we came back - we found out that on every floor there are water stations with bottles so you can take them to the room! also guest request lockers - if we run out of tea, coffee of milk in the room! Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We tried food room service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room! so happy with our stay that acually was sad to leave! Ismail who checked us out was verry sweet and friendly. Overall I had best stay ever in London!!! and definitely will back there and will recomend this peace of heaven in cental London to everyone!!:”

The Docklands Light Railway has a stop within very easy walking distance enabling you to get into central London very easily, this is now our go to hotel, you will not be disappointed.Thank you so much”

“Premier Inn Rainham, London (Weds 21st Sept 22) Whilst the hotel is slightly older and the rooms a little tired (old style Premier Inn) the service was excellent....Mikala on front desk very helpful and efficient. The Table Table (restaurant and bar) very good.....terrific service from staff for breakfast, clean and tidy (quick too). Thanks Julian”

“Fantastic company to deal with, always willing to accommodate Had issues with booking an earlier return flight due to unforeseen circumstances at the last minute and the problems were resolved only after speaking to the proprietor. Am based in Yorkshire and would rather book flights from Woking rather than a local travel agent.”

“Fantastic stay ! Great clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, 15-20 mins walk to the London Bridge station - depending on how fast you can walk. You feel special in the space and you have everything you need especially if you want to cook. Problem with eating though! You will need to order in as you are far from many restaurants but that's not too bad. P.s. the soaps moisturizer are soo good!! Enjoy your stay”

“I stayed in room 513 on an overnight work trip and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the stay. The apartment room felt clean, tidy, well equipped and spacious and the bed was perfect… not too soft or too hard. I got a very good nights sleep and woke up feeling refreshed as the room not only had a comfy bed but the temperature was perfect too and it was nice and quite was no noise from other guests to be heard and I also felt safe as the team down on the ground floor were welcoming, friendly and helpful and clearly vigilant of who was coming into the hotel. You also cannot gain access to the lift or stairs up to the rooms unless you have a room key.”

“Quite a small hotel but in very lovely area! I felt looked after, there was always someone at reception. Rooms are little older and would need refurbishment, but all was very tidy and on good cleanliness level!”

“A lovely receptionist lady who received us when we arrived we are homeless and she went out of her way to help us to speak to our council as they had booked only for two adults and two children and she spoke personally to the council to speak to them and tell them what we needed. “I stayed here recently for a short stay for work. Without a doubt the best part of my stay was the breakfast and service that was given to me during my stay. Violeta was very friendly and served a very delicious breakfast buffet, cannot fault it in any way. I would definitely recommend and will be revisiting again in the future when in the area .”

“Just stayed here for the night booked a family room which had plenty of space for kids to play around. Neat and tidy rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was included. Reception was lively ( nice world cup atmosphere ) Receptionist were both extremely professional and helpful. Packing is on first come first serve basis so make sure you arrive around checkout time. Even though it's quite a small hotel overall I was impressed with the level of sound proofing, rooms had pin drop silence at night even though the Hotel was extremely busy.”

“Very clean and nice place to stay to spend the night while on a long layover just 5-6 minutes' drive from the airport. Despite short distance to airport, unfortunately not walkable due to location being near the intersection of some major roads that were not very pedestrian friendly. Staff are friendly and courteous. I had two meals here (dinner and breakfast) and the food was very good.”

“we are on business travel and at the last minute we are forced to choose this since there were no option on city center , but the Hotel staff make us feel the right choice we made, Rooms are neat & clean- regular cleaning Breakfast has good varieties & quality. housekeeping , Restaurant staff including the chef all great people and Reception staff are very helpful because our target will be always them for any help during of stay of 30 days very calm and pleasant . “This is the second time we stayed. The first time there were some issues, the second time the staff made sure everything was perfect. Rooms are very good standard and extremely clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a lot of choice. The spa was great, the children had amazing time in the pool, we had a chance to enjoy a lovely steam room, hot tube and sauna. The water in the pools is perfect temperature too. A big thank you to Alvaro for making sure everything was perfect for us. We are really happy that we could do our weekend again, the stay was amazing.”
