London City Airport Hotel

"Arrived at LCY hotel Friday evening, we booked two rooms for family of 5. We were welcomed by friendly staff. Our rooms were spacious, clean and nicely presented. I've stayed in many hotels internationally and across UK, LCY hotel is better than some so-claimed 5 star hotels that I've stayed in. Rooms came with tea/coffee making facilities. Shower/toilet are a good size. We enjoyed the breakfast. We would definitely visit come back if visiting London again."

"remember this name as this is best hotel in London! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in- machine in the lobby gave us our room keys!!! all with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager BRAJAN who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby with coffee and tea machine and computer with printers - all free to use for guests- surly can make you feel like you home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice pub and club , so we have great night out as well. After we came back - we found out that on every floor there are water stations with bottles so you can take them to the room! also guest request lockers - if we run out of tea, coffee of milk in the room! Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We tried food room service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room! so happy with our stay that acually was sad to leave! Ismail who checked us out was verry sweet and friendly. Overall I had best stay ever in London!!! and definitely will back there and will recomend this peace of heaven in cental London to everyone!!:"

"Great location, very clean and funky reception area. 2 minute walk from the airport / DLR down the alley way opposite the airport. Great Breakfast & friendly staff. - Would be 5 stars if the plonker who designed the bathrooms remembered to put in a shower screen. You need to put your shoes back on after a shower or get wet socks!"

"I used the hotel to drop off my bags (as I had already checked out of my hotel in Wembley and was way too early for my flight), and I also used it for dinner. Bag drop was seamless and very good value for money, BBQ chicken wings was great. Beer was a good price too. Staff was friendly too. My only gripe was that signage from the airport to the hotel wasn't great, so I initially found myself walking in the wrong direction before looking it up on my phone. Other than that my experience was great."
