“I've used Rickshaw Travels a number of times. They are my go to travel company for my annual holidays because they are professional, attentive and always deliver. My family and I really enjoy the personal service and Bhavin tailors the holidays based on our requirements. We recently used Rickshaw Travels when I was looking to book a holiday in the Maldives and Dubai. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and we needed separate bookings for other family members who would be meeting us and surprising my wife in Dubai. The logistics were a potential nightmare for me with different requests regarding flight times and durations etc. Bhavin and the team and Rickshaw Travels made the whole process seamless. They spoke directly with the family members and logically assembled a plan that would work for us all. Bhavin secured a lovely resort in the Maldives that was child friendly for a cheaper price than I could find anywhere myself on the internet. The flights and connections including the sea plane were booked with minimal stopover time and he kindly reserved the basset seats at the front of the plane for our baby too. The family arrived in Dubai a few hours earlier than we did and were waiting in the lobby to suprise my wife. It was a fantastic holiday and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of Rickshaw Travels. I cannot recommend Rickshaw Travels highly enough. We have used them for years and will continue to do so because it takes the stress out of holiday bookings so we can focus on looking forward to enjoying our time there. “Started my Part A of my two part Freediving course with Oyster. Was greeted by Tom and we quickly got into the course with the obligatory H&S forms, a quick Q&A before we got in the pool to make sure everyone was prepped and understood each other. Tom was so easy to understand, without using any slang, we all felt at ease and understood every word. I felt relaxed the whole way through, which is key when you are Freediving. I managed a 2:45 static although not great, i learned how to prepare and zone out for better future results. Truly recommend Oyster for all your diving needs!!! “Our company hosted our annual Summer Party with Thames Boat Cruises & Events this year and we could have not spent the day any better. The weather was good and everyone was in a great mood. We booked 5 hours on the boat and were served with delicious drinks and food, we had a good DJ onboard who entertained us and the five hours flew by quicker than everyone expected. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the planning with Lester from the organisation team was smooth and easy and we certainly look at booking with Thames Boat Cruises again for any similar company parties!”

“My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting London. Small hotel which is amazing. The staff are all lovely. The rooms are small but had what we needed. The bathroom and shower was so nice. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in London.”

“Perfect location, close to public transport, small Tesco, bank of Thames are nearby. Rooms were updated, spacious and clean and the small kitchen was a useful extra. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious. When we visit London we will stay here again.”

“One of my rare 5-star reviews :-P. Check-in: Uncomplicated, and pleasant, with Peter explaining facilities available. Room: Wow. Large, spacious (by London standards), clean, and clean modern decor. Small functional kitchenette with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Nespresso machine, tea, cookies, UHT milk. Bathroom equally spacious, with adjustable height shower (no rainfall shower, if that matters to you). Small settee at the end of the bedto stretch out and relax. Comfortable bed, with reading lights. Small table with chairs, for a quick bite to eat. Room relatively quiet, very little noise intrusion from outside, occasional noise from corridor, but all in all, pretty quiet. Facilities: Breakfast (7-11 weekdays) served at lobby lounge. Continental and simple; best to inspect prior to purchase to decide value for money. Lounge was clean and open to guests, with 24/7 coffee/tea available. Staff: Friendly throughout. Room wasn't serviced for 2 night stay, but that was OK with me. Location: A little bit of a walk from Underground or Overground station (15 mins brisk walk), but buses available. Lots to eat in the vicinity, looks like quite a thriving and mid-scale neighborhood. 10 mins brisk walk to the British Design Centre. (Minor) Grouses: No shower gel provided (but shampoo, tiny bar of soap and body lotion). More eco approach would be to provide dispensers for the above, rather than single use plastics. Detergent and sponge provided for kitchenette, but no dishcloth or disposable wipe (paper towels provided, though!) Summary: Modern, spacious, comfortable. Would stay again, in a shot!”

“Location was great for getting to and from Greenwich. Getting back into Central London was also easy (lots of public transport options) Room was great. Had everything we needed for a comfortable couple of nights. Loved the little fully equipped kitchenette. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Reception was really busy when we arrived (and housekeeping were struggling to turn rooms around so there were people waiting) however, I'd checked in on line before travelling and our room was ready and waiting (so would definitely recommend acting on the check in email before arriving). Reception staff were brilliant (it was clearly very busy but they were so polite). Megan was extremely helpful and friendly. Reception is staffed 24 hours and doors lock late evening so it felt really safe and secure (for two female guests) . Area is fine, co-op across the road, right next to the DLR and bus stops outside. We walked to and from Greenwich (takes 20-25 minutes. 6-7 minute walk to New Cross railway station too. Would definitely use Staycity again whether Deptford Bridge or other location.”

“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

“I stayed in a family room. The room was clean and there was a good cot for our baby. But the staff were the real standout. When our 3 year old was sick in the middle of the night, the staff were incredibly helpful providing towels, clean bedding very quickly.”

“Really nice hotel. Rooms aren't massive but big enough, they are well appointed. Good coffee machine (Nespresso), and bathroom with rainfall shower. Rooms service is really good and the staff are all very nice. This hotel is in sight of houses of parliament. If you fancy getting out pop down to Vauxhall Arches to the food hall, a really great place to find lots of different cuisine. It's not the cheapest but it's a great location. Breakfast looked decent, I didn't eat the hot but it looked nice. Lots of choice.”
