“My daughter & I spent 9 nights here before the beginning of her study-abroad program. We'd selected a hotel in eastern London to be closer to the Goldsmith's campus; this was lucky for us as we happened to be there during the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II (thus we were well out of the way of the crowds and closed-off streets). The room was comfortable and had a great shower. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Room service was fast and great. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is 2 or 3 minutes from a Tube station which was very convenient. The Tower of London/Tower Bridge was about 8 minutes walking time away. Felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood and many pubs & restaurants were within 20 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Exceptional service at the highest levels befitting of London and the Four Seasons brand. The resort took the time to know our family. Thus upon arrival we were greeted in our room with locally sourced chocolates, treats, and a British teddy bear for our child. This was wonderful after a long flight from the US. The suite was grandiose and spacious from top to bottom, this is impressive considering it's a modernized classic building in the middle of one of the most congested global cities. The same can be said about the spa and pool, truly a gem within the city. What they have done with the building is an architectural marvel, check out the mini replica in the foyer. The concierge desk was amazing, obtaining a table for us with no notice at their 2 star Michelin restaurant and retrieving a lost item after departure. The service put the experience over the edge. Only the best and brightest work here, and it's easy to tell, from the doorman to the dining room. Finally, the special attention to our child from all the staff was remarkable and thoughtful. This is how a luxury resort should operate, bravo!”

“Stopped by the Stafford for a drink and lunch with my wife and father and law to repeat a tradition passed down from my dad who has been going to the Stafford for many years. We were really impressed by the service and staff and how well they accommodated our small sleeping baby in a stroller. Great experience, great service - highly recommend the restaurant and American Bar.”

“Went here on Sunday and have to say Matt and Ismail are brilliant, both so helpful and friendly, and provide excellent service. Fixed the flat tyre I had within half an hour and gave great advice. 10/10 would recommend. Wouldn’t bother looking at Hammersmith, Chelsea, or Brentford Kwik Fit branches for weekend emergency work as they don’t answer the phone or are too busy. After speaking with Matt and Ismail I wouldn’t go anywhere else in future now. Thank you again, you legends.”

“These guys were polite and accommodating over the phone when I needed to book my MOT, and were just as lovely in person. As a female getting an MOT for the first time in 32 years by herself, I was a bit nervous but it went perfectly fine. A lovely, polite bunch of guys. Recommended.”

“We stayed here as our mini-moon for a weekend. The staff were very attentive, Kamel in particular was very kind and welcoming. The food were delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Breakfast had a lot to offer and choices and again, very quick and lovely service and food. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The extra attention to detail and dedicated card did not go unnoticed. Overall, a very pleasant stay to celebrate our wedding!”

“One of my rare 5-star reviews :-P. Check-in: Uncomplicated, and pleasant, with Peter explaining facilities available. Room: Wow. Large, spacious (by London standards), clean, and clean modern decor. Small functional kitchenette with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Nespresso machine, tea, cookies, UHT milk. Bathroom equally spacious, with adjustable height shower (no rainfall shower, if that matters to you). Small settee at the end of the bedto stretch out and relax. Comfortable bed, with reading lights. Small table with chairs, for a quick bite to eat. Room relatively quiet, very little noise intrusion from outside, occasional noise from corridor, but all in all, pretty quiet. Facilities: Breakfast (7-11 weekdays) served at lobby lounge. Continental and simple; best to inspect prior to purchase to decide value for money. Lounge was clean and open to guests, with 24/7 coffee/tea available. Staff: Friendly throughout. Room wasn't serviced for 2 night stay, but that was OK with me. Location: A little bit of a walk from Underground or Overground station (15 mins brisk walk), but buses available. Lots to eat in the vicinity, looks like quite a thriving and mid-scale neighborhood. 10 mins brisk walk to the British Design Centre. (Minor) Grouses: No shower gel provided (but shampoo, tiny bar of soap and body lotion). More eco approach would be to provide dispensers for the above, rather than single use plastics. Detergent and sponge provided for kitchenette, but no dishcloth or disposable wipe (paper towels provided, though!) Summary: Modern, spacious, comfortable. Would stay again, in a shot!”

“While the price up front may seem quite daunting, it is certainly worth every penny. The staff were exceptional, catering to our every need, especially Sonya, who was able to secure us bookings in the restaurants of our choice every evening with no problems at all. The room was unbelievable. The views out the window were worth the price alone. The restaurant in the hotel was exceptional as well, with the Mongolian Beef being my recommendation. In summary, the Shangri-La is a once in a lifetime experience that should not be missed.”

“Wow what a unique and creative concept! Whether you choose lunch or dinner, there's a set menu and an itinerary (with a guide in the form of a speaking pen). Such a great way to see the city while having delicious food. The bus departs and arrives on the same spot, by the Embankment station. Every passenger needs to book in advance. I recommend going for lunch so you can actually see the city clearly instead of in the dark.”

“I stayed here for a week with my family while traveling for work. Our room was very clean and cleaning/refreshing was offered daily. I was gone most of each day, but thought everyone was very nice and accommodating. Staff were happy to help with taxis, umbrellas, and gave me converters for electronics after I realized I left mine at home. My family was at the hotel much more than I was, and they had great things to say about the staff, food, etc.”

“Found a screw stuck in my tyre. Took my car to 4 places near work, they all gave it one look and told me I need a new tyre, but none of them had stock, or they had a 2 hour wait. Took it to Kwik Fit on Bushey Mill Lane, was seen immediately. Edward asked some questions, did a leak test and then examined the screw. He took the screw out and found it was not even a centimetre long. It did not penetrate far enough to be a problem. Fantastic, trustworthy service. Will definitely go their first next time I need any work done!”

“Rang up on a Monday afternoon with a clutch problem on my VW Golf. They were able to take my car in that afternoon, and by 11am next day I had a call saying it was fixed and ready to collect. So...it was fixed quickly, had really friendly service, good price and matched the original quotation. I'm very happy.”

“Excellent friendly and am very happy with work done new tyres alignment MOT etc All staff very welcoming and good at their jobs even showing myself how alignment was done absolutely brilliant also had a good chat with other customer that where there and staff name Lotay I think was just as helpful to all as dealing with customers as they turned up and working changing tyres. Could not find anything bad to say great value as well for all work done .”

“Really great way to spend a summer day. Easy to book but accepting walk ins (at least in the morning). It gets pretty crowded but not unmanageable. You need to put your towel on the ground that is concrete but the pool is not overcrowded. Remember to take 1 pound for the lockers (retrievable). They have a cafe that serves coffee, drinks and food through the day. If you book morning you can stay practically the whole day. There is enough place decaded for both free swimming and the professional swimming. Highly recommend!”

“The afternoon tea here was absolutely phenomenal. My two children (8 and 5) were so thrilled with the cute and delicious food, and the wonderful atmosphere. The best highlight was our server, Hafize. She was so thoughtful and kind, but also took her time to develop a personal connection with us. My girls adored her too, she was so sweet with them. We left with our bellies and hearts full!”

“I attended the Northway Clinic with my mother and grandmother to obtain supporting travel documents. Dr Bodani was an extremely polite and gracious gentleman. He dealt with my family's request promptly and efficiently. I will be returning there with my partner in the future. The building was excellent and clean. Staff all friendly, polite and welcoming. I thoroughly recommend this excellent establishment.”

“I will come back to Adagio Aparthotel. Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. Everything was 10 out of 10, and specially the Service and more precisely William. I asked him about the best route to London and through the city and he recommended me various options that turned out to be very good. Kudos to him.”

“Really nice hotel. Rooms aren't massive but big enough, they are well appointed. Good coffee machine (Nespresso), and bathroom with rainfall shower. Rooms service is really good and the staff are all very nice. This hotel is in sight of houses of parliament. If you fancy getting out pop down to Vauxhall Arches to the food hall, a really great place to find lots of different cuisine. It's not the cheapest but it's a great location. Breakfast looked decent, I didn't eat the hot but it looked nice. Lots of choice.”

“The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. We stayed the night for an anniversary weekend in London. Upon arrival they upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. The room was amazing, the spa was a hidden gem and breakfast was very good too. All for a reasonable price. I would recommend.”

“Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”

“Incredible place to stay for the night, highly recommend a room that's 30 floors up, Fantastic views of London! Breakfast was superb , your paying for high quality food and the amazing views as far as the London Eye, The Shard and many otherlandmarks.. all this served on floor 37. Had a slight issue with noisy guest but resolved very efficiently. Top marks highly recommend”

If you pay for a treatment from the treatment menu then you can get free use of the spa facilities. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy that I had spent time at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and St Pancras Spa. Everything you need is here from the restaurant, bar and rooms for overnight stays.”

“One of the nicest Marriotts I’ve stayed in. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Everything about the hotel is first class. We stayed here for a week. Our room overlooked Hyde Park. Housekeeping made sure there were plenty of towels. Turn down service in the evening was a nice touch. The hotel is walking distance to most major attractions.”

“The Intercontinental was lovely. By London standards, very good sized rooms. We decided to upgrade to a room with a view & we were happy we did. The staff was great & everyone we interacted with at the hotel was kind and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay! The price was a whopping 1197£ a night on booking but was able to find it the cheapest on Locktrip for 658£ a night, if you do this little trick and add this code L2M5Y before login you get it even cheaper, enjoy.”
