“Loughton movement clinic has transformed my life and I am forever grateful for all they have done and continue to do. Two years ago when I first walked through the door I was dealing with chronic illness and multiple physical injuries. I had an intense travel schedule and was living between London and New York. I had worked with multiple trainers in the past but no one compares to Joe and Chess. They both embody and practice what they instill in their clients. Beginning with the simple but effective philosophy of movement is medicine Joe skillfully designed a rehabilitation program to help my body heal and recover. He supported me when I traveled and his recommendations extended to my life style, diet and overall well being. Rather than focusing on the superficial Joe and Chess focus on health, self esteem and an appreciation of the human body and it’s potential. Joe is an incredible, skillful coach and adult educator who knows how to build on success whilst still knowing how to push when needed. Two years later I have thankfully recovered from my chronic illness and I can run in the park with my nieces and nephews and while traveling for work still maintain an exercise routine, even if that means dancing to Chaka Khan in my hotel room. Joe and Chess treat their clients like family, the attention and care they provide to each of their clients is so generous and heartfelt. Like many women I have struggled with my body image and fluctuating weight but through my experience working with Joe I now have a deeper appreciation and positive relationship and acceptance of my body and movement is part of my everyday routine. “I’ve been seeing Ben for a few years now and he’s always amazing. Originally went to him because I was suffering with hip pain which was from hip dysplasia. Hospital told me I’d need steroids to relieve the pain, but Ben made it so much better! Since then I’ve seen him about back problems too and has helped that! “After being very disappointed following verucca treatment for my 10 year old son at my GP practice, I contacted Sonia for advice. She was able to see my son the same day. She put us both at ease and provided treatment in a calm and reassuring way. She even took care of an ingrowing toe nail he had at the same time. A lovely lady and an excellent service. But best of all is the quality of the treatments. I have had both body and facial treatments here and the results are amazing. I have 50 something skin, and the improvement in shape, tone and texture is so good that I think I have become slightly addicted. “It's seems a smaller store but isnt as busy as others due to its more rural location so no queues and good stock. Only downside is not their fault, it's the traffic light system to exit the retail park, can have a bit of a wait there but definitely recommend, especially if busier stores are not your thing.”
