Even though they were very busy they were really helpful and went out of their way to make sure my car was fixed. They were professional and I am really happy with the job they did on the car."

"I would give 0 if I could...my experience yesterday was exactly how someone described 3 months ago... I got there 5 min late I was told off like I was a child to only then being told the tester wasn't even there. At no point I received a phone to reschedule. When I asked the employee why was that he had a smirk in his face. Absolutely appalling costumer service. I have been taking my car here for the past 4 years and I can safely say never again. I also asked about my refund and he said I would get it, however he never took any details from me. I went back few minutes later asking for a receipt or something to prove I would get my money back considering no one called me to reschedule but left empty handed."

"Worst experience in my life. I ordered 15th of November Bosch car batteries with appointment at 20th of November. When I arrive there, they offered me to fit cheaper batteries. I refused that so they told me that they will order again and let me know. After 2 weeks when I called them they said that they can’t see my booking. After several phone call with head office, they told me that they have re-ordered the batteries. It has been 2 weeks today, so I called them. And they say, they have receive my battery but suddenly(!!) my booking has disappear so they have used that batteries for someone else. I would not even recommend this place to people that I don’t like."

"Prepaid for an MOT+Service & the service was cancelled last minute the day before. Caught in morning traffic so arrived at 8:35 for my 8:30 appointment to be turned away due to missing my slot. Mentioned the fact I was only 5 minutes late & got a prompt sarcastic response from a member of staff that I was in fact 6 minutes late & there was nothing they could do. All whilst the staff were stood milling around. Topped off by rudely being told to contact head office for a refund when I questioned how to get my money back..."

"Found a screw stuck in my tyre. Took my car to 4 places near work, they all gave it one look and told me I need a new tyre, but none of them had stock, or they had a 2 hour wait. Took it to Kwik Fit on Bushey Mill Lane, was seen immediately. Edward asked some questions, did a leak test and then examined the screw. He took the screw out and found it was not even a centimetre long. It did not penetrate far enough to be a problem. Fantastic, trustworthy service. Will definitely go their first next time I need any work done!"
