"Excellent friendly and am very happy with work done new tyres alignment MOT etc All staff very welcoming and good at their jobs even showing myself how alignment was done absolutely brilliant also had a good chat with other customer that where there and staff name Lotay I think was just as helpful to all as dealing with customers as they turned up and working changing tyres. Could not find anything bad to say great value as well for all work done ."

"Replaced the tyre but could not fix the sensor. Had to go to main dealer... Really annoying. Also, went there twice and the service was not pleasant... Edit: it seems that not only they were unpleasant, but also non professional. They fitted the wrong tyre causing the sensor not to work properly. The fitted tyre was (of course) cheaper then the correct one."

"Mixed bag. Took my car for a wheel alignement, job was completed in 40 mins, took it for a drive and the vibrations were gone, the car ride was very smooth. However the steering wheel was now off centre, which can be quite annoying when you start paying attention to it. Drove back to Kwik Fit Staples Corner to inform the gentleman at the desk of the issue (which I knew was pretty common and fixable) only to be given a lesson that the issue was due to a number of factors and that working on the car further would be pointless and that I had to live with it. Since I wasn’t born yesterday and that arguing with the chap would achieve nothing, I drove the car to Kwik Fit Hampstead which I had used years ago and fixed the issue in minutes. This time was no different, thanks to the young lads there."

"I had my tyre replaced today about 45mins ago at staples corner kwik fit. On the way back to work i stop at petrol garage to fill my car. Once i filled i decided to clean a wheel from the dirty hand markings and couldn't believe my eyes wheel was scratched from the crowbar in 2 places. Its disgusting somebody do that to your car and expects nobody sees it. If you not capable to do the work just say it and i would be happy to take my car somewhere else, but now on top of this you get charged £200. Unbelievable..."
