Leonardo Hotel Croydon
“We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo. We booked a double room and paid on arrival, we were then told that we had a free upgrade to a king-size room which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! The rooms are clean, light, and great-sized. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a lovely illuminated mirror. We had water and biscuits provided every day during our stay and a working fridge which can be used. There is a bar and restaurant which we didn't use but was always busy which is a good sign, and there is a small shop with snacks and drinks should you require anything. The hotel is situated a 5 min walk from Croydon East station, and takes about 30 minutes to get into London, making it a good base in my opinion. Equally, Croydon centre is a 5 minute walk and there is an array of places to eat and drink nearby. Would stay here again and would recommend.”
Novotel London West
“I attended London Dance nights. The venue was absolutely fabulous from parking the car, having refreshments while waiting and then the main event and then been shown to my table. The staff were friendly, attentive and keen to ensure an enjoyable customer experience. The food and drink was wonderful and the event (not run by Novotel) was a fun filled. Overall a fabulous Saturday night and I left with a big smile. Thanks Novotel and London Dance nights.”
Premier Inn London Kensington (Earl's Court) hotel
“Excellent Hotel in a great location. Just a short walk from Earl's Court Station, and a lot of choices to eat nearby. Great Rooms, so nice and and quiet, as well as comfortable. Very friendly staff, particularly Kelly who was so helpful. One of our favourite places to stay in London.”
Premier Inn London New Southgate hotel
“Visiting from the north to London to see a show the hotel is just before the congestion charge and a short walk to the tube to get into the city. Rooms were very clean and beds are sooo comfy and cool air con, Staff were polite and very attentive. Food always decent. On site parking at £5 pr 24 hrs, Only gripe was the bar closed at 11pm but all in all a very good couple of nights stay.”
Hilton London Hyde Park
“We had a lovely stay in the property from 19 December till 25 December. The property is very well situated and although we have some "issues" with the room initially, the response of the front desk staff and the manager was exemplary. I must give specific commendation to Sehrish who took our feedback extremely professionally and responded to us sincerely and adequately. We left the hotel feeling really positive about our 6 days of stay. Thank you and we will not hesitate to rebook the same property when we visit London again”
Beckenham Park Hotel
“This was my favourite place to stay on our holiday to the UK. So much so that I came back for the last two nights, in order to prepare for the long flight home. Friendly, happy staff who run a clean and homely place to stay. Walking distance to anything one could possibly need, with Beckenham being one of the more relaxed towns that I visited. I couldn't have asked for more, I hope that one day I'll return.”
Premier Inn London Victoria hotel
“This premier inn was fab, we arrived in around 4 in the morning and booked for the previous night and the night staff were so lovely, obviously we would’ve been tired due to travelling all morning so they ensured that our check in was as quick and smooth as possible. We stayed in a premier plus room as that is what was available at the time of booking and the price wasn’t that different from the normal rooms but the premier plus room was fantastic, it was small but had very cool features and the shower was really nice and a good temperature. The location of the premier inn was fab, there was the Victoria underground which I would say was about a 6 minute walk. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere to stay in London”
The Z Hotel
“Great location, clean rooms. Value for money if booked well in advance. Rooms are very small and some may feel claustrophobic but if you need a room just to keep your luggage , freshen up and sleep then this is a good place to stay. Great staff at the reception and very accommodating.”

“what a stunning hotel, with super friendly staff. Eccentric reception area, check/in was super fast and we got a complimentary upgrade for a birthday surprise (I know they can’t do this for everyone but it’s worth mentioning as it was a nice touch!) the hotel and room was very clean, really spacious and the mini bar is free for the first night (winner winner in London that is)”

“I was pleasantly surprised having not stayed at an Ibis since the days of bunkbeds. Staff were very pleasant, the room was a good size and the bed was conformable. Shower was large with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was well presented with good options. Happy to recommend. I will be staying again”

“A lovely receptionist lady who received us when we arrived we are homeless and she went out of her way to help us to speak to our council as they had booked only for two adults and two children and she spoke personally to the council to speak to them and tell them what we needed. The lady's name is Mariana . A wonderful hotel and excellent customer service from her. Thank you so much Marianna God bless you”
Aerotel London Heathrow
“I spent one night here before an international flight the following morning. This is a great option if you don’t want to deal with traveling the airport the morning of a flight. Check in was easy and very friendly. Hotel is easy to find when arriving at the terminal and the property is well kept and secure. The room was small and lacked a window, but it it was modern and just enough for one night. Great bathroom and super quiet. Only issue is that there are not many good dining options in this part of the airport.”
ibis Styles London Heathrow Airport
“Just stayed here for the night booked a family room which had plenty of space for kids to play around. Neat and tidy rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was included. Reception was lively ( nice world cup atmosphere ) Receptionist were both extremely professional and helpful. Packing is on first come first serve basis so make sure you arrive around checkout time. Even though it's quite a small hotel overall I was impressed with the level of sound proofing, rooms had pin drop silence at night even though the Hotel was extremely busy.”
ibis London Heathrow Airport
“Good priced hotel. Smallish room but very comfortable bed and good sized shower. Bar and restaurant area looked very modern and attractive. Parking space outside is a bit limited and tight. You can pay at reception rather than via your phone, but that wasn't obvious from the signs.”
Premier Inn London Hanger Lane hotel
“The staff were really helpful, the food was lovely and the rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay, coming back to the hotel after a long day of walking and being sure we were going to have a nice dinner was something to look forwards to at the end of the day. Wouldn't hesitate at all to come back.”
ibis London Wembley
“Great location if you're seeing an event at Wembley. Our room was basic although was enough for us, tea and coffee was provided. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. There is a well stocked bar with a friendly bar team and a nice area to relax. I'll be going back to this hotel as also good value. Nice view from the room of Wembley Stadium.”
Premier Inn London Brentford hotel
“A great cost effective hotel, within easily access to Central London by tube. Great place to sleep over with the added benefit of children eat free breakfast offered next door.”
The Kings Head Hotel
“The hotel was very nice! The staff treat you like family, the food they had was delicious, the drinks were good, everyone was very kind! I will probably stay here again when I return in a few months!”
Antoinette Hotel Wimbledon
“Stayed there for four nights (March 23 to March 27). The hotel was surprisingly very quiet, to say it is in such a busy area. The room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for the centre of the town. Plenty of shops, restaurants, takeaways and pubs all close by, plus very close to Wimbledon Theatre and a short walk to the Underground and Overground station. If you travel there by car and expect to use the carpark, please arrive early due to limited space. The first night we were there we had to use the Theatre Carpark for the night (£10) and you must move your car by 8am. The Hotel carpark is secure with gated access. All in all a pleasant stay was had.”
