"Very convenient for early departures. Clean and comfortable, compact room, which had plenty of space for luggage and some hangers for clothes. Only downside is that some hotel guests had no consideration for those who needed an early night, and were being very noisy in the corridor. Maybe the bedrooms need better sound insulation?"

"Very basic rooms. I recommend taking an eye mask if you need to sleep in the dark - even though there were no windows in the room it was very bright due to a green light in the ceiling that was constantly on and the thermostat control. Rooms are also very warm and keeping the air con on was noisy so take earplugs as well."

"I've given this 4 stars but only just. It does the job if you just need a place to sleep and wash before or after your flight. The convenience of being right at the terminal and not having to worry about getting a bus to the terminal is worth it even if it means giving up a couple of things. I booked a single room. The room is small and is a bit cramped, and at first it looks like there's no bathroom as the door to the bathroom doesn't stand out. Due to the small room size, there isn't a lot of leg room when using the toilet, so keep that in mind. Maybe a single room is not great if you're claustrophobic. The other annoying thing which other reviews have highlighted is that there is an annoying green emergency light on the ceiling that doesn't completely ruin, but does distract from a good night's sleep. I believe they can offer you a "breakfast" of sorts which is a small selection of croissants and yoghurt, etc so if you want something substantial to start the day, just wait until you get through to departures. But honestly chances are you're here for one night. It does the job, it's clean and the prices are reasonable, I don't think you can ask too much from it, I would use it again."

"One thing to know is this is a "transit" hotel intended to provide comfortable, clean beds and showers for those who want to stay at Heathrow for a few hours or overnight. And, this hotel does that. The rooms are small and reminded us of a cruise ship cabin. But, they were more than adequate for a transit hotel. There are no windows in the rooms, which keeps the airport noise level to zero. Easy to find -- at the very end of terminal 3 just past the door that goes to the taxis. Service is excellent."

"I spent one night here before an international flight the following morning. This is a great option if you don’t want to deal with traveling the airport the morning of a flight. Check in was easy and very friendly. Hotel is easy to find when arriving at the terminal and the property is well kept and secure. The room was small and lacked a window, but it it was modern and just enough for one night. Great bathroom and super quiet. Only issue is that there are not many good dining options in this part of the airport."
