Hotel Rafayel
“I was invited to a birthday party on the 26/3/23. I had a brilliant evening..The Staff were so helpful and the food was excellent.. The hotel is so beautiful it has a lovely view by the river.”
Hilton London Croydon
“I have been Staying at the Hilton London Croydon as I am working nearby. I have been there for four weeks and it has been a very pleasant stay. The rooms are large , very clean and modern with TV , drinks cooler, and air conditioning. Super comfortable bed. Nice modern clean bathroom. The Staff are always friendly approachable and helpful . Excellent parking . The breakfast is always a winner with a good choice for both Continental and full English . The team serving breakfast are so friendly they really do set you up for the day.”
Best Western Palm Hotel
“Been staying at this hotel regularly for the past year. Rooms are generally clean and spacious. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is great as well. Bus stop right outside, and tube station around 10 minutes away. Highly recommended for business travel and for families traveling on holiday.”
ibis London Earls Court
“Simple accommodations in a great location. A short distance from Stamford Bridge. The pub on the first floor is spacious and lively; the breakfast is large and delicious. And the friendly staff specifically Eduardo, super friendly and attentive, takes this hotel on top. I'm definitely going to stay again”
Premier Inn London Kensington (Olympia) hotel
“Had lovely 3 night stay room ok and quite, had lovely breakfast every day i overhead some people moaning about running out of the hot buffet but with a large breakfast window and 20 random people turning up all at once what do you expect but the staff who were all very polite and friendly kept replenishing the food as quickly as possible it's better to have fresh and regular than food sitting there for ages as never as nice and it keeps there wastage down. I would stay again”
Best Western London Highbury
“Perfect! We had booked a twin room but wanted a double bed so contacted them to request if we could be swapped to a double room. When we arrived we were told we had been swapped to a triple room at no extra charge. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfy. (We didn’t have breakfast). Can’t fault our experience”
art'otel London Battersea Power Station
“Great experience! Only good things to say about the staff and the hotel. Despite being there on the first day of their soft opening, everything worked well. The art room plus king was comfortable and silent, and exactly like the website photos. Blinds properly blocked any outside light which was also appreciated. Positively impressed with the walk-in shower. The gym, sauna and steam rooms look good but I didn't have a chance to try. Big plus are the meeting rooms they have on the 1st floor that are usually bookable with a fee for the entire day. Tozi, the italian restaurant, served good options, being located next to the reception (convenient), and happens to be where the all inclusive (a la carte) breakfast is served. The rooftop bar and infinity pool were not yet open for use but had interesting views of the Power Station and felt impressively close to the chimneys. When Joia restaurant opens in Feb this hotel will be an even better option. Kudos to Rhodric for taking the time to answer our questions and showing us the hotel installations!”
Wns Hotel Canary Wharf
“For what it is, it's perfect. Is a simply, confy, clean, well ubicated tiny hotel in the middle of London for a low price. The staff were friendly and looked for us all the time. It's true it's shared bathroom but come on, it's obvius this is a familiar business, be more easy on the people that is working really hard in what they have.”
Great St Helen Hotel
“Very small hotel, but perfectly clean and quiet. Really good location too. Feels like the centre of practically everything!”
Holiday Inn Express London - Limehouse, an IHG Hotel
“Great service at every level: front desk, housekeeping, breakfast support, and security. Bed was comfortable, strong shower, and I didn’t hear any neighbors the four nights I was there. Only drawback for me was not having a refrigerator in the room, but I knew that when I booked it and it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Uber/taxis were easy enough to get and I never waited more than ten minutes or so. I only ate once in the hotel neighborhood, but there were a number of takeaway/delivery options and a decent small grocery within a five minute walk.”
ibis London Excel Docklands
“Perfect but very pricey. Staff are amazing. Only one drawback in the wheelchair accessible room was that it's very difficult to enter the room as there's a big metal lip to try get over. I got a push which helped me in though. Thanks for a lovely stay guys.”
Premier Inn London Docklands (Canning Town) hotel
“We recently had an extended stay here due to being unexpectedly turfed out of our homes. The premier plus rooms were delightful, the location is two minutes (if that) from the tube station, it’s relatively new and super clean and the breakfast was great. The ability to have rooms cancellable until check-in is very helpful. The staff could not have done more for us and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed - Special thanks to Lorraine and Ashley whose generosity and kindness we won’t forget! Thank you”
Premier Inn London Dagenham hotel
“Very long and comfortable stay, no job has been too big or too small, staff very welcoming and friendly. Clean rooms, friendly staff all round a nice stay.”
Premier Inn London Romford West hotel
“Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and very clean unfortunately, there was no breakfast cook so only continental breakfast was available however, the pub next door served full English buffet breakfast which was excellent. All amenities were available I.e hairdryer, iron etc. Would stay again”
Premier Inn Thurrock East hotel
“Stayed here for one night, friendly helpful staff on reception and the hotel was very quiet which was great. Room was very clean and more than enough space for family of 4 which 2 younger children. Literally a 5 minute drive from lakeside shopping centre and no problem parking the car”
ibis London Thurrock M25
“I enjoyed my stay here very much. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, it was quiet and plenty of space to put belongings. The room included towels and a hairdryer, as well as the hotel's own shower gel and shampoo, which was handy. The hotel provides you two hotel keys, even though I travelled alone, this was helpful. The card with keys was a voucher for a free complimentary drink at the bar, which was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly, nice and quiet hotel, and offered a breakfast buffet, too pricey for me, so I opted out. The hotel is situated close to shops and bars and restaurants. Would definitely uyse again.”
Holiday Inn Slough - Windsor, an IHG Hotel
“Have stayed here a number of wines when visiting my son and his partner. It is a very busy hotel due to lego land. The rooms are a very nice size and kept clean and tidy. We like to sit in the bar when we get back at the end of the day and enjoy a relaxed drink. The prices are very good and the selection pretty good.”
The Z Hotel Soho
“The staff members were really helpful and accommodating when my flight got cancelled and I had to book at last minute. The room was very comfortable, exactly how it looks in photos. Location excellent too.”
Point A London, Shoreditch
“First time stayed in any hotel with this group and very pleasantly surprised. Special mention to the Spanish lady on reception [sorry I didn't get her name] who was super friendly on check-in and unfortunately for this hotel advised she was moving back home very shortly. Excellent value for money especially taking into account other prices for central London over the school half term holidays. Yes the room wasn't the biggest and I choose a room without windows which isn't for everyone but it was fine for me. The room had everything I needed when, lets be honest you spend so little time in the room anyway, the room was spotless, TV, quirky lights & aircon all good and the bathroom was decent, especially the shower. Also in an excellent location with everything you need nearby.”
Point A London, Paddington
“Nice hotel, small rooms and small bed but I already knew this (it says on their website/booking). You don’t pay much, for a great location! Rooms are very clean, and modern. Only the breakfast is nothing special, every day the same. But then again, the breakfast is 12 pounds so also cheap. Also the girls at the reception/breakfast are great! Very nice and helpful. Overal, great hotel on an even better location!”
VEDI Apartment Hotel
“Amazing place to stay. The hosts are super nice, the amenities are super reliable and it’s very close to the town centre”
Premier Inn Rickmansworth hotel
“Fletcher was very helpful when we needed a room last min. She was very friendly and accommodating over the phone and equally as warm when we checked in. Thank you for saving the day (night)!”
Premier Inn Watford Croxley Green hotel
“Comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet with (width-restricted) opening window. I have stayed here four times in last 3 months, and have another booking upcoming. Room is well appointed with an extremely comfortable bed and large work area with plenty of power points and USB plug sockets around the room. The room has tea/coffee making facilities, but does not supply decaffeinated coffee in the room (but it is available from reception free of charge). The shower works well, but is over the bath requiring a significant step up (although rooms with accessible facilities are possible). Hotel is in a quiet location on the edge of town. Breakfasts are good value, but dining area can be very busy and many children WILL be present (hotel is convenient for Harry Potter tour). There is currently no food or bar service in the evenings but there are pubs and restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. The staff are both friendly and accommodating. My only issues are that a non-slip mat is not provided for the bath, and decaffeinated coffee is not in the room, requiring a trip down to reception, but these are minor inconveniences.”
Best Western Ship Hotel
“We were here for a school reunion. However I am still a local and this place is great. The bar is excellent too and great coffee and food. I give it full stars mainly due to service, location, cleanliness and value for money and amenities even for the large functions. I do feel that the place could one day - under the right ownership - be totally transformed inside but then of course, price goes up. So I say full stars for full all rounder for value”
ibis budget London Heathrow Terminal 5
“My stay here was near perfect ! I took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel & back in the morning, it was pretty easy. What I didn’t understand I just called the hotel & they helped me out . The rooms were very very reasonably priced. I was surprised the hotel was so nice for such a low cost. Staff was very friendly, the bar was very extensive”
Hotel Bosco
“Had a great experience here. Dale's (the manager) service was excellent. He was highly accommodating with sorting out breakfast, the Wifi connection and finding a place for me to work after I checked out. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel based on its service and location.”
Premier Inn London Richmond hotel
“Special mention to Daniela! From day one she made our stay so much better. She works incredibly hard, always with a smile on her face and nothing was too much trouble. She’s a real asset to the hotel and is a great example of someone who delivers excellent customer service.”
Pelican London Hotel & Residence
“Needed a place to stay whilst visiting nan in hospital. Very good location - basically on Sat George's premesis opposite Atkinson and Morley wing on blackshaw road. Very reasonable and the late check out can be purchased till 2pm! Good WiFi too was able to work from there in the morning.”
Premier Inn London Croydon (Purley A23) hotel
“Lovley stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. Excellent location, right in a shopping centre surrounded with places to eat. Parking free which is a bonus. Staff were very friendly and even left a balloon and sweets in the room when they found out it was my daughter 6th birthday!”
