“My kitten Crumble recently stayed at the Longcroft in Cole Green for his first holiday away from home. I was so apprehensive to leave him but knew the facilities and care at Longcroft were first class and I was not wrong. Ali was amazing - she took such great care of crumble and kept me updated throughout his stay with pictures of him looking so relaxed and happy. I couldn't recommend them higher!”

“We were lucky to have found such a luxurious and caring home for our Siberian cat while we were away for a month. We were worried about leaving our kitty for so long especially as it was his first time away from home but the moment we met Daisy and her beautiful cattery we knew he would be very well looked after. The suites are immaculately clean and full of all the creature comforts a kitty could dream of. Daisy played with him a few times every day and it was clear when we picked him up that he was very happy, really well fed and beautifully groomed. We also absolutely loved the frequent photo updates and picture postcards Daisy sent us - what a treat! We can’t recommend this place enough and this is definitely our go-to place if we ever need someone to look after our cat again.”

“1. Egur and the rest of the team were outstanding and helped us so much throughout the stay. We did last minute extension due to their outatanding service. 2. The room was clean, on the ground floor and comfortable. I rarely feel comfortable sleeping on the pillows when travelling but felt good sleeping on the star hotel pillows. 3. They took good care of our bags after we checked-out and did not hesitate to provide us with all the necessary support. 4. The hotel location was perfect with Tesco right in a front of it, a bus stop that takes you to/from the subway in under 10 mins, and restaurants all over the place. 5. Good value for money and the rooms are priced correctly. 6. Wifi service was perfect, and they gave me adapter and a cable to charge my cell phone. If anything, I think 10:30 check-out time is too early - perhaps add 30 mins or 1 hour - but this wasnt an issue for me.”

“Really niche boutique style hotel. Our suite was huge with everything you could need! Lovely free cocktail for both adults on arrival, shown to our room and explanations of suite given. Lovely friendly staff. Loved that we could open the glass doors onto the street and watch the world go by! Kids loved watching the horses trotting by regularly on the Sunday morning. Overall, a fab stay with great location. I left something at the hotel and they posted it back to me which was above and beyond! Really lovely stay.”

“I often use Hub by Premier Inn and was by chance one of the first people to stay at this property on its opening day. Great concept, just what you need when travelling solo or on business. Staff were great. Had no towels in my room but that was quickly sorted. Great value and great service. Breakfast excellent value and quality. Well done to the team and I'll be back again I'm sure.”

“Once arriving in London, we took the underground to our hotel located near the heart of London. The hub by Premier Inn was by far the cheapest “decent” hotel in London (without resorting to a hostel). Upon arrival, we were notified that we were too early to check in. They also mentioned that they were replacing the beds in all rooms and it might take a bit longer than normal. We left our bags with the main desk and continued on with our day. Once we came back, we checked in and opened the door to a quaint and modern hotel room. Everything was very clean and tidy. It’s worth to note that the amount of storage here was incredible. They utilize the space well and doesn’t make anyone feel they are in tight quarters. The water pressure was spectacular and the water was always warm/hot. The front desk helped us make travel arrangements after checking out of the hotel and were pretty friendly. Overall, this would be where I stay if I need an inexplicable hotel option in London.”

“I have stayed here for three nights in the double room. The room was very clean and nice. The location was also accessible to visit places. They also have free parking and breakfast. The staff were helpful and very kind. There service was very excellent. I enjoyed my stay and it was very relaxed. Thank you Hotel DC. I will definitely visit again soon”

“We stayed in this hotel Fri-Mon as a base to explore London. Wow we were impressed. Firstly the staff, everyone we spoke to were super friendly and really helpful. Secondly, the laid back lobby/cafe area had a really great vibe, we were happy spending a few hours in here one evening. They offered us two free drinks as we joined their membership (completely free and just a touch of a link). The breakfast was perfect, cooked well and great selection. The room has everything you need, good size and extremely quiet. We didn’t hear anything outside of our room. The wifi is good throughout, the beds are really comfy and there are spare cushions in the rooms. Checkout is 12 which is great for London! Location wise, this is just outside of the tube station (jubilee line) so couldn’t be more convenient, we recommend heading towards the o2 for great restaurants, dockside walks and the cable car only 1 stop away or 15 minute walk. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely book an Ibis again.”

“Every part of our stay was exceptional from start to end! We were warmly greeted at the front door where our luggage was taken and our car swiftly valet parked. Staff at reception were all friendly, warm and welcoming and we were offered a larger room or one with a view. (We chose the view!). Our room, on the 12th floor, had a gorgeous view of the Elizabeth Tower, London Eye etc. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. (Items like Eggs Benedict do attract a surcharge, but fair enough.) When we checked out we decided to leave the car parked for a bit longer while we went shopping. As with everything else, that request was met with a smile and a friendly, positive reply. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely be back as soon as we can. Why this isn't a 5 star makes no sense as the ones we've stayed at, Intercontinental included, can't hold a candle to this gem!”

“We used this hotel as a base for 4 nights with its easy access to the motorway and into St Albans for the train. Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast on offer was good, parking is free and only a 3 minute walk to M&S Food Store for a snack.”

“Wonderful experience here. The staff was professional and accommodating. The location is convenient. Restaurants and shuls all on the same block. Busses stop in front of the hotel for quick transportation to anywhere. If you stay for Shabbat and purchase their hospitality package, this is what your table looks like. They also provide a hotplate which is super hot (so watch out you don't burn your food). Would stay here again and again. Air conditioning was frigid and welcome after a hot day in the tube.”

“I stayed at the Premier Inn last month before moving into my flat in London and had a wonderful experience. I got there early and the staff kindly stored my four suitcases while I ran some errands. When I returned, the most lovely woman was working at the front desk. Her name is Consuelo and she is an absolute gem. Since I had so much luggage, I took two bags down to the room and before I could return to the front desk there was a knock at my door. Consuelo had brought the two suitcases weighing 45kg in total down to my room herself and made sure I got them. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a young female traveling solo I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay. The next few mornings Consuelo greeted me with a big smile and helped me with breakfast. I am gluten-free and the staff was super knowledgable and was able to give me a lovely GF breakfast of hash browns, bacon, GF toast, and loads of other goodies. Overall, I had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend the Premier Inn in Tooting to any friends and family that visit. Thank you Consuelo for being so helpful and kind!”

“We had used the Lodge for our family and friends to stay at for our wedding, and we were extremely happy all round. The rooms were up to a high standard, breakfast was great and more importantly the staff were incredibly helpful. In the run up to the event, they helped with our organisation, and while we were staying there, all the stuff were kind, helpful and very flexible, something particularly demanding when dealing with such a large group. Not only were my wife and I happy with it, but all our guests too had commented with how nice their stays were. If you are having a wedding nearby, we would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Convenient location and was comfortable for the few nights I stayed. Room was clean and love that you are able to control the AC, lighting and Do Not Disturb sign on the bed headboard. Didn’t have the breakfast or visit the lounge area but it looked nice and modern. Staff are also friendly on check in and when I left the building in the mornings. The Hub hotels are smaller rooms in comparison to the usual Premier Inn. They provide shower and hand wash, but if you forget anything else there is a Co-op down the road. For me, it was the perfect hotel for what I needed it for and would stay again.”

“Love this hotel. Great staff. Good location for transport as it is within walking distance from Waterloo Tube and Mainline stations. The station has an M&S when you want a packed lunch. New street cafe at hotel has hot water bottles and heaters for the colder days. Short walk to St Thomas's hospital, London Eye, South Bank entertainment center and Westminster bridge.”

“First I really want to pay appreciation for the front desk team and reservation team. Mar 01 around 14:30, my wife had to check in alone, and the two male staffs at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Due to sudden work issue I couldn't join so my wife had to visit alone, I did inform this to the front desk and they were so willing to help... what really impressed me wad they really had good intention to help. All the front desk team was so professional and helpful Also Ms. Leah who sincerely replied to my reservation request, I thank you so much too”

“We stayed 4 nights at the Suites, and had a very good experience. Super convenient to the Tube/Rail station, but on a quiet side street, the Suites are a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the action, but without the crowds of a large hotel. Darren and the whole staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’d recommend checking out some of the local pubs and restaurants back in the neighborhood.”

“Amazing hotel, great location - across road from Aldgate East tube station. Lots of things go do and see in this area - Sunday market was on nearby. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Sam and The breakfast was beautiful - you just go up and help yourself to cereal and the hot buffet. There is a good selection available - bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, hash browns, beans, mushrooms etc. Lots of different types of bread / cake available and coffee / hot chocolate etc from a machine. The bedrooms were bigger than a lot of the hotels I’ve been to before and really modern and clean. The shower was really good and there were no unwelcome noises when we wanted to sleep. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel. Paul & Jo.”

“The location is very good in zone 1 of Aldgate East. The hotel is very new so all the facilities and rooms are new, modern, stylish and fully equipped for longer stays. Complimentary coffee and tea from the lounge is always nice. The staff are 100% top notch, always smiling and happy to help where they can. Thank you to all the staff at reception and at the lounge including Ali and Bianca! I've had such a good stay and felt so welcomed. The hotel also offers complimentary events throughout including 6pm yoga's on Mondays and Wednesdays for all guests! Thanks guys! Sharon”

“I stayed at The Westbridge for 1 night with my wife, after seeing Abba Voyage nearby. The hotel is ideally located for Abba, being around a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was a good size, and with a nice clean bathroom with a good roomy shower. The bed was comfy (although after the drinks we could've been sleeping on a plank of wood and wouldn't have noticed). We had breakfast in the morning, and were very pleased with it - there was a good selection of Full English items, fruit, cold meats and pastries. If possible, try and get the train here because parking is quite expensive - we paid £25 for our stay to park in the car park of an adjacent Bingo hall (there's no parking included because the area is very busy).”

“The hotel is really beautiful. The front desk is very helpful and professional. I will share with you one of the examples which reflect the professionalism of the reception. I asked for a taxi from my hotel to the airport through the reception and when the taxi arrived asking about me, the reception start asking different questions to the driver to assure that the taxi is not fake which I really like it from the hotel reception. Going to the hotel room: The size of the bed is enough for two adults and the bed is comfortable. The room size is good compared with other London hotel as most of London hotels room are small. The location of the hotel is in a new area and little bit far away from the most attractive area (30-40 minutes by underground metro) however the underground metro is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The hotel area is safe, the hotel is just two minutes away from Westfield mall which has a big supermarket and many restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed in this hotel.”

“My go-to hotel to stay at when in Europe. Super clean good smelling sheets, staff are friendly and location is walkable to Waterloo station. Please try this hotel when you are in a city that has it, you will love it. The lobby always smells fresh and clean, breakfast was included as I'm a member. Welcome drinks and jelly candies, super recommend this hotel!”

This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. Lovely welcome by receptionist. Room was a good size and v. clean with city view out. Nice seating lobby area. Would definitely stay again, if we got a good price like this time, as booked quite a way in advance.”

“Excellent’ !! My husband and I have come to England several times and have found ourselves in different kinds of hotels, first of all I want to give a big thanks to Joe in the front desk for being so friendly and kind he really made us feel welcomed from the moment we came in. He was nice enough to explain to us how to get to the underground picadilly line which can get you to any of the main attractions it js about a 2-3 min walk from the hotel. I see a lot of people have complained about the room being small, yes they are quite small but what do you expect from London hotels. They will all be small. But honestly going with me And my husband we found the room to be just right .. super cozy the bed was comfortably soft we slept like babies. Honestly we have no complaints we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed once at Tower Bridge hotel which is supposed to be a fancy high end hotel, 1. The staff was unfriendly 2. The hotel had no CENTRAL AIR we were baking in the summer the gave us an old fan to help with the heat.., at Hotel Moonlight you’ll find they have central air! A must when it’s warm outside! We will definitely keep booking with them.”
