“Can’t fault the hotel . 1. Close 5 minute walk from train station. 2. Check in was quick and easy even upgraded me to executive kindly. Very friendly staff when checking in. 3. I lost my iPhone charger and went down early hours of morning, and kindly wass given a charger to use over night.”

The tea coffee in the room were really nice and we were told “just ask for more “ . Iron and clean ironing board just asked and was given . Anything you needed was there . Towels beautiful fluffy. Lovely view of growing Leeds . The food and the cheeky cocktails we treated ourselves to was delicious and hot . There was so much to choice at breakfast. We can not praise this particular TL enough . Felt safe and warm . Thank you for making the 2 days we were in Leeds so lovely . We have recommended you to our friends the next time we all get together again in your beautiful city of friendly Leeds”

“We had such a rough time as our daughter was taken into hospital but wow the hotel staff was amazing got us a taxi quick as our daughter was so poorly. Sorted us breakfast out when we came back and gave us our room to get dressed and gave her treats as we left. Honestly can't thank you all enough and the breakfast was to die for we will be back again next year thank you so much xx”

“WOW, I recently stayed at Impossible Motel for the soft launch and my word, the attention to detail, the history mixed in with the new is just fantastic 10 out of 10 sleep, the mattress, the pillows, the duvets were exceptional. “Stayed for 3 nights mid February. Fortunate enough to get apartment 9 (I think) which although did not have a balcony, as it was at the end of the row, instead benefited from windows all along the side with a view of the street, canal and distant hills. Greeted on arrival and found the apartment to be of high quality, very clean and all bedding and towels of good quality. Bed were comfy and the living area was well laid out with the kitchen extremely well kitted out for those wanting to do some cooking during their stay. Location was perfect and meant that we didn't need to use the car during our stay other than to drive upto hardcase crags for a walk. Loads of places to eat and drink in hebden bridge, will defo return and will certainly return to croft Mill.”

“Went for a Sunday lunch here and enjoyed it thoroughly. On arrival you are ushered into a grand waiting room for pre dinner drinks. This is the time to order drinks and food. Waiters are friendly without being overly so. Our waiter had been there 15 years. Loved the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. Slightly deconstructed so the sides came in little containers and not on the plate.”

“This cottage is absolutely amazing. Booked this for the wife's birthday and we had an amazing time in Knaresborough. Close to pub's and restaurant's and topped off with a few drinks in the hottub. Dealing with the owner Mike was an absolute breeze, very helpful service. We enjoyed it so much we've already booked for my wife's birthday next year.”

“Me and my partner stayed at Wentbridge for Valentine’s Day, the service was fabulous from start to finish. We had booked for the 6 course Valentine’s menu which was absolute perfection. “Great location, nice leisurely stroll into the town centre. Breakfast was delicious + the rooms were nice. The only two slight criticisms were the shortage of parking it took us quite some time to drive round looking for a space as it's a small car park and most of the roads require a parking permit. and the lack of power in the shower on the top floor. Other than that the staff were great and very good cleanliness”

“I stayed in one of the Suite Rooms. The room was spacious with a complimentary minibar which was very useful after a full day's work. A lovely sitting room area to relax, too, and the bath was bliss. Only 8 mins walk from the train station and plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Perfect location.”
