“Super location - Maison Parfaite - c'est parfait! Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and quirky. My daughter had been in hospital and this was the perfect oasis of calm and tranqulity to retire to after visiting. Lovely comfy bed, fantastic shower and a great coffee machine. They have thought of everything, anything else you might want is on the doorstep. Despite the hosts not being on the premises, the team are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I accidentally met Carly on the stairs and she was exceptionally kind to me, she had even left me some flowers. I would not hesitate recommend and will definitely re-book in the coming months.”

“Stayed for 3 nights mid February. Fortunate enough to get apartment 9 (I think) which although did not have a balcony, as it was at the end of the row, instead benefited from windows all along the side with a view of the street, canal and distant hills. Greeted on arrival and found the apartment to be of high quality, very clean and all bedding and towels of good quality. Bed were comfy and the living area was well laid out with the kitchen extremely well kitted out for those wanting to do some cooking during their stay. Location was perfect and meant that we didn't need to use the car during our stay other than to drive upto hardcase crags for a walk. Loads of places to eat and drink in hebden bridge, will defo return and will certainly return to croft Mill.”

“Such a gorgeous place not far from the city centre. The staff are absolutely amazing. My boyfriend had booked for my birthday and when we went up to the room we were surprised with balloons, a birthday banner and a card. Touches like this make an occasion that bit more special. “I visited for the day to complete a course. The staff are all fantastic, I was able to call ahead and book a parking space. The food was so varied and plenty of it and the surroundings were luxurious. I will be back to have afternoon tea in the beautiful garden which includes a kitchen garden for produce used in the kitchen”

“Second visit to this hotel with my daughter, everything was perfect, the room was spacious and lovely and warm, the breakfast delicious. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful, the only problem was we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back and would recommend to everyone.”

“I loved it here. Such great value for money. It is decorated beautifully and I adored my room. The staff were really helpful and friendly, I needed help closing the windows and they came straight up to help me. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy, I slept really well. I also loved the tea and coffee corner especially the coffee machine. My only advice would be that despite having instructions on how to use it it doesn't tell you to fill the side up with water so I spent about 15 mins trying to figure that out. Worth it though, as the hot chocolate was delicious. The bathroom was also gorgeous, the massive shower was to die for. I would recommend putting a shower cap in as I wanted to go under the massive rain like showerhead but didn't want to get my hair wet so I felt I lost a little of the experience. Just v small quibbles and they didn't affect my stay, I still had a wonderful time”

“I signed for a property with MHS this summer whilst I was abroad - as I could not view the property in real life Mark sent over a virtual property tour which was fantastic! They were super quick to respond to any emails, and when I arrived the landlady met me at the house. I would recommend to anybody looking for houses in Leeds, especially with the virtual tours that make things so easy. 5 stars!!”

“Great Premier Inn location on the outskirts of the town. We stay here while visiting family and over the years the surrounding area has grown with various shops and restaurants near by, including a Starbucks, Aldi, Iceland, subway, McDonald's etc. Fab hotel for a great price and the plus is the staff are always extremely helpful and freindly.”

I arrived to a bath running with rose petals, personalised Christmas crackers for all the guests and a lovely birthday gift from The Bells team.
