“Honestly i had such a great time when i came here. at first i expected a regular escape game but i think a better way to describe it is similar to the crystal maze. the people running the game dont hold your hand all the time too allowing you to figure things out at your own pace. our librarian, Franz, did offer to give advice if needed but to be honest we never felt like we needed the advice. i cant recommend this place enough the staff are lovely and each room feels like a different experience all for the price of one”

“Words cannot even begin to describe how incredible my experience in the Lutine Suite was. I arrived to a bath running with rose petals, personalised Christmas crackers for all the guests and a lovely birthday gift from The Bells team. A huge thank you to Charlie who made us feel so welcome and looked after. You could really tell that he had put so much thought and effort into creating a beautifully bespoke experience - high end, yet homely and comforting. I will certainly be back! Highly recommend!”

“We had a over night stay, greated by Tom who was extremely professional along with being very polite, the room was spotless and very well presented. At breakfast greated by a bubbly young lady who also made us very welcome, they had a fantastic choice for breakfast. overall a great experience with a very positive vibe. Well done.”

“What a fabulous place to stay, we booked the Grand Studio and it didn't disappoint. Contemporary apartment, with lounge, dinning area and fully equipment kitchen. Beds are so comfy and showers hot with nice toiletries and thick soft towels. Perfect location for train station and city centre bars and shops. The apartment was immaculate. Staff are so lovely and friendly. Continental breakfast pastries were delicious. Would definitely stay here again”

“I was located in a room located near the stairwell, room was clean but i would have prefered an exterior room.. The customer service was first class. A little fridge would have been better but it appears it was removed probably because of the virus that took over the world. I would stay here again, just a different room”

“Booked as an emergency when our digs didn't work out. I walked in off the street and explained to the receptionist what had happened. 30 minutes before, it had been announced Her Majesty had passed away. The receptionist firstly, booked me the best room she could for myself, husband and two children then we had a lovely chat. She made me feel at ease and it was such a relief to be able to book it. She was a lovely girl and a credit to the hotel. If I could describe her I'd say she had brown eyes and very long,wavy brown hair which she wore down. This girl needs a pay rise. She was refreshing and wonderful.”

“I wish there was more stars to put this is the best cafe and hotle rooms in England the rooms are small but they're cozy clean the staff are so nice they never disrespect you they're happy to help and caring people me and my 9 days old baby loved staying hear its safe and warm and its very very clean.”

“Went to the Red Lion for food today and it was absolutely indredible! We all had Sunday dinners - I got a chicken dinner and it was one of the best I've had. Everything cooked to perfection! Everyone's food looked incredible and the portions were really generous. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the service was brilliant. The pub has a lovely warm welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!”

“We always love to stay at The Clayton Leeds. The staff are very friendly and the last twice we got an upgrade to a bigger room, which was wonderful. It’s very clean and has everything we need. A short walk to the shops, restaurants and bars. We love the parking for £12 a day also. Thank you, Angela and John”

“Good rooms, comfortable, nice and clean. Service was quick when we arrived and when we checked out the lady asked every customer how their stay was... which was nice. Good location just off the motorway. £15 taxi into Leeds and same again back. Much cheaper overall than staying and in town this particular trip, and of course free and convenient parking!”

“Great location with on site payable parking. Within walking distance for the city centre. Easy to access from the M1. Quick, friendly check in, nice comfortable room. Good breakfast with a good selection. Tables cleared quickly and cleaned. Lovey staff.”

“Lovely clean rooms with tea coffee in room, also in the room TV, desk, ensuite toilet bath and shower. Towels provided. USB charging points, hair dryer. Big car park and a nice pub the brown cow next door with hot food and hot and cold drinks. Breakfast in the morning was in the hotel serving cereals, yoghurts, full English fryup meat and vegi options.”

“First time here and was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was run. Check in was easy and quick, room was all that you needed for a 1 night stay. Clean, neat and tidy. Had a good nights sleep and it was a bonus being able to adjust the room temperature. Breakfast was a buffet style and there was plenty of choices to suit all tastes. Parking in multi storey car park next door was not an issue. cost for 24 hours, with £5 discount, was £8. Good value. Have just booked another stay here, we liked it so much.”

“Spent two nights here recently (March 2023) and I was completely satisfied. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious. The staff is super nice and friendly. I found the prices very reasonable too, highly recommended place to stay at if you plan to visit Leeds. The only thing I could mention as a negative is that it is very easy to hear what is going on in the neighboring rooms, however the costumers were all very polite too.”
