"I can't believe how bad it's gotten there! We have stayed there so many times in the past but it had been about 5 years ago. The rooms are horrible! Delopitated and filthy. The pool floor has deep cracks and sunken areas. Trash everywhere. Just unbelievable how much the let it go. It used to be our favorite place."

"This place should be condemned and charged for false advertising with the pics they show of the room. The first room they assigned to us was on an end where no one else was located and as we entered the room we knew why. The room smelled of smoke, the furniture was chipped and look like it had been picked up off the street. The microwave and refrigerator were so rusted I wouldn't put anything in it and the curtains were dirty. We immediately went back to the front desk with pics. They had no problem changing the room to one maybe a little bit better. Needless to say we DID NOT stay there and was not given a refund."

"This was the worst hotel experience of my life. First they sent us to the wrong room with the correct key and I walked in on a very angry stranger. Then the hotel room they did give us was missing towels, toilet paper, trash cans, one of the beds we paid for, remote controls, or even trash bags. The floor was filthy and they had dirty towels in the floor. There was a painting off the wall laying against the wall as a trip hazard. When they finally cleaned our room they left the windows open ( exposing our laptops) . They also randomly reset the key card despite having paid for 4 days. The staff were also rude and kept trying to upscale tickets to random attractions. Don’t waste your money. This is an awful place to take your family if you are wanting to make magical Disney memories. No one working there wanted to take responsibility for AnY of these mistakes. We didn’t get so much as a “ we are sorry” or any kind of refund."

"This place is definitely a case of, "you get what you pay for." Where do I start? Our room smelled like smoke, the front door would hardly close, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the tub looked like they tried using silly putty to patch it 100's of times, and when we turned on the microwave, bugs went scattering everywhere. If you're looking to make change, don't bother with the laundry room here. You'll only get tokens. The playground in the middle is pretty nasty. But the pool looks nice. We also did not get bitten by anything at night - so we'll count that as a win."

"Hotel is absolutely terrible, I like to think they are renovating based on how rough the appearance is outside and inside. The room we stayed in not only did I kill a roach in the room and found one dead when we entered but the shower head was falling out of the wall as well as the curtain rod, the door to enter didn't close correctly and the handle was coming loose when you pull it to latch it shut, the hinges were all rusted and there was water damage on the ceilings. Walls are paper thin.....you get what you pay for....definitely a budget hotel. On the up side the area is cool there is plenty to do and it's close to Disney. And the staff is nice."
