Westgate Town Center Resort 7700 Westgate Boulevard, Kissimmee, FL 34747

"So when I first got here I had a 2 queen bed, bedroom upon checking into that room it was clearly a mistake and under renovation, i simply then went to the front desk and spoke to Asia who was VERY friendly and helpful definitely made my visit to much better and will have me returning here soon. She upgraded us to a King plus suite free of extra charge due to our other room full of dust, and open box cutter on the ground and all, but I will say this other room Asia gave us was immaculate. Walked in and immediately went over everything with a fine tooth comb and there was nothing out of place. The room was VERY clean. Had lots of space and towels, the bottom floor room had a sliding glass door the led right into the butter fly exhibit they have which is absolutely beautiful. The first room wasn’t the best but I am glad I stayed, would definitely recommend this hotel, because it is a very clean place and if there is any problem they don’t hesitate to make it right!! Thanks to Westgate for helping make this vacation fun!"

"Never staying here again. When we arrived part of the carpet was soaking wet. It was so late so we asked them to clean it the next day while we spent the day at the parks. When we got back, our door was OPEN with all of our belongings inside. I have never experienced this at any hotel and unfortunately rating this 1 star."

"The room was run down and old. There was mold in the shower and we were scared to even use it at the risk of getting sick. The carpet was old and stained. The bathroom door would not close. The toilet was nasty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The couch was he’s together by staples in on the top. During our stay, out a/c went down to 64 degrees and would not shut off. The maintenance ma came at about 12:30 a.m. and had to go into another room to control it for us! That’s crazy. This was by far the worst hotel room that I have ever stayed in. I will likely never stay at Westgate ever again and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone."

"Checking in at this hotel was awesome! We had Kevin checking us in, he was so very helpful, we got a room with a balcony even though the 3rd party site made a mistake and booked us a standard room which doesn't come with one. So we were very happy he fixed that for us! The room itself wasn't very clean though. Lots of hair in the bathroom from a past guest and stuff on the floor so I swept as soon as we arrived. I would've complained but the free upgrade had me feeling very happy, so I just did it myself because it only took me a minute. Lol Thank you Kevin!"

"Other than the beds being comfortable, there is nothing good about the room. We weren't given one of the "good" rooms I guess because we did not want to listen to the sales pitch. Room was extremely small. The TV was as the size of my computer monitor. No ice available... told to go to the mini mart down the road. Not close to any of the park attractions. Do not stay unless you are checking it out to purchase timeshare. So many other places to stay that are better and even more reasonably priced."
