"My family absolutely loved this resort. The staff was very welcoming. We stayed for 7 nights and have absolutely no complaints. The townhouse and resort was very clean and accommodated our family of four quite well. If we were missing anything I could just call the front desk and they would bring it to our place. Grocery stores and activities are so close. The first thing we did was unpack and see what we needed that might be missing in the kitchen. For example pans to cook on for the oven and a pizza pan. Maybe the front desk provides that but I never asked. I just grabbed some things at Walmart. This is a family resort so the pools and hot tubs close at 10pm. The bar is not always open either. My boys absolutely loved the lazy river and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tubs. I read some of the bad reviews and I never had any problems that they expressed. I will definitely recommend this resort to my family and friends. We would absolutely go back."

"Great resort and water park. Excellent location in an otherwise very busy area of Kissimmee. The pool heater was down in the main pool the entire time, but the lazy river was cozy. The resort needs some updates, but overall, I give full credit to the front desk staff and housekeeping. Very prompt and reliable."

"Clean. Reasonably quiet. Small washer/dryer combo. Kitchen didn't have a few things, luckily I came prepared. Unfortunately weather didn't allow us to experience pools or outdoor amenities. We were stuck late at night around the corner and they graciously were able to take our group without notice. I would definitely recommend them!"

"This was our second stay here. The location was great. The pools and the lazy river was loved by my children. The spa tubs were loved by me lol. The full kitchen was great and used many times during our stay. I loved the updates that were done. The only complaint that I have is that the mattresses on the beds are very hard and were not helpful for my back at all."

"We received 2 nights from our three sons for our birthdays. We did not use the kitchen other than for coffee. They only had one coffee pod. Our only problem are the stairs. We both have leg problems. Yes, it may be a little outdated, but your in a tourist area. We spent enough time in the villa to change and sleep. Our villa was very clean. We bring our own toiletries. If we happen to forget something, what most facilities offer is enough. We loved the lazy river and hot tubs. What people should know is if you have someone that needs assistance getting into pool or one of the two hot tubs, they have automatic chairs that will let your person in and out. Also, the pool has a beach style entry. Very family friendly."
