"I had a very nice stay here. Staff was very nice and helpful. My room was clean, hot shower. I am a disabled veteran with a service dog. Staff was very thoughtful of that information when I called ahead. So I was close to handicap parking and on 1st floor. For a quick 2 day trip; it was just fine. We spent most of our time at the parks. Which was a quick drive to Disney. I would stay again."

"The property is very well-located and that is all the good I can say about it. When we arrived, I was surprised by an additional fee ($15/day) as I traveled with my cat. Notice that this fee was not mentioned during the reservation procedure through Expedia and I paid $45 (3 days) while the fine for omitting the pet was $30 (I paid more for being honest). Arriving at the room, the smell was not good; a mixture of smoke (although the room was for non-smoking) and cleaning products. However, the big surprise came next; when we checked the towels available in the room (theoretically clean), there was a big red stain (looking like menstrual blood) in one of those. There were also small blood stains on the bathtub and next to the toilet. The front desk staff acted indifferently and just sent us to another room where the air conditioning emitted a very bad smell and the microwave did not work properly. We found a wire hair underneath the blanket in this room, indicating that perhaps the bedding was not switched, but we assumed it was from the room maid, we were already tired of struggling."

"I'm not picky about hotels. Let's get that out of the way. I'm fine staying in cheap, budget places with no frills and I don't freak out about a dust bunny or some crumbs. But this place was too much for me. The room reeked of weed. We killed 7 cockroaches in 2 nights. Housekeeping came in and did nothing but move a towel around despite us putting a do not disturb sign on the door. No hot water, so showers were freezing. Mattress enveloped in a crunchy plastic bag, I'm assuming because they've had bedbug issues or some other issues I'd rather not know about. Just do yourselves a favor - pass on this place. Waffles at breakfast were okay."

"The lady that checked us in was very pleasant, the rest of the staff should receive training from her. The property needs renovations, there were small trash cans all over full of water. The first room was decent but the AC leaked all over. We moved to another room which was actually nicer. Beds were bigger/higher and more comfortable. Unfortunately it was near the pool & there seemed to be no hours of operation for the pool. It was in full use until nearly 1am. People were there with food, drinks and rather loud for it to be past midnight. The housekeepers entered my room on two different occasions, despite the do not disturb sign on it. The second incident occurred AFTER I reported it the first time. I wouldn't stay here again."
