"The unit we are in is nice. Slightly dated, but still nice. Grounds are great. Lots of natural vegetation. 3 hawks, gopher tortious, and tons of squirrels."

"Stayed in “Building 1” on the first floor. Apartment was VERY nice and we loved it. Couple deal breaking issues though. 1. Apartment smelled massively of weed from neighboring units. 2. Neighboring units BLARE music with heavy bass for an hour+ every. single. day. It really ruined the trip for us. 3. The AC units are badly undersized. Ours ran literally 24 hours a day and it didn’t get below 75-76 in our unit. The temps didn't get above 86-90 most days, and mid-70’s at night outside. 4. The garbage is collected daily. The garbage guy SLAMS the trash bins ridiculously loud every time he comes. (And there’s like 4 per floor) But the music honestly was the worst part. The weed smell went away quickly every time but the music is just insanely inconsiderate and rude. Doesn’t matter how loud you blare the TV, their bass drowns it out, and it’s every single day for an hour or longer each time. The apartment was great. The pool and area also great."

"We rented a unit from this establishment from February 1 to March 19, 2023, and unfortunately, our experience was not pleasant. We noticed within the first few days that the refrigerator was not working properly and was not keeping anything cold. As a result, we had to throw away the spoiled food that we had purchased on the first day and my father's medication was only able to be kept in the freezer as that was the only part that was just cold enough to not spoil. It took 17 days for the management to replace the refrigerator (February 17), with the next day (February 18) the locking mechanism on the front door had to be fixed by a locksmith or else we would have been locked out. A week after that (February 24), the hot water heater was inspected and deemed to be leaking and in need of replacement. Unfortunately, it was never replaced for the remaining time that we were there. I am disappointed to say that the management did not offer any compensation or refund for the inconvenience and trouble that we experienced during our stay. We had to go without a working refrigerator for 17 days and deal with a leaking hot water heater for three weeks. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, and I would not rent from them again. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would suggest considering other options as the service and accommodation here are not up to par."

"Fantastic Air BnB. Clean, plenty of parking. The kids loved the themed rooms. Great pool and beautiful property. We say a turtle one day."
