"We got a good rate and all we were looking for was a place to sleep for the night after a long day at Disney. Reviews talked about how the hotel was dated. So I was prepared for that. Front desk was great checking in and the lobby was very nice. First impression of our room was dated but okay, clean. The air was on and I switched it to heat as it was in the 40s at that time. Beds weren't the most comfortable but it was just for the night. Tub didn't drain immediately while I was taking a shower. Trying to find an open outlet to charge our electronics was interesting. The light switch for the light when you walked into the room turned off the TV. The curtain to the window needed a wrap around rod or a close fitting interior curtain as the light coming from the parking lot was VERY apparent through the sides. The thing that was the cherry on top is the heat stopped working during the night and we woke up freezing. It was 60 degrees in our room and in the 30s outside. We quickly packed up and left. When I stopped at the front desk to tell them they didn't ask my room or my name. They just said okay. I won't be putting this hotel on my list of over night hotels near Disney."

"It was a great choice for our stay after the visit in Magic Kingdom for much lower price. The hotel has many amenities (pools, mini golf, billiards) and a shuttle to Disney as well. I usually don't leave reviews, but the lady who was checking us in gave us an upgraded room in the main tower, so I just wanted to thank you for this."

"I was not happy with the first room they put me in so requested to move into the hotel tower part and this was by far a much better place to stay for 5 nights. I spent most of my time at the Disney Parks but it was so lovely to come back and enjoy a few cold drinks with a view and then sleep in a very comfortable bed. Handy bar onsite and small market store and laundry facilities were very helpful."

"Me and my friends had a tough stay at this hotel. Immediately upon checking in, we found that one of our rooms out of two had been canceled without notice. This group of three was forced to sleep in our room as it was very late. The man at the front desk did very little to help them, and honestly would not have cared if they had to sleep on the street Second issue. The rooms are decent in quality, but our keycards stopped working twice on the trip. This was an inconvenience and while the girls in the front were very friendly and helped us out, the whole thing seemed like it just should not have happened. After finally entering our room that evening, my friend found that the wallet that he left on the nightstand was not there after housekeeping came in. While theft was definitely a possibility, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked them to search the laundry room just in case it got caught in the sheets. The hotel managed this situation horribly, seeming to not care about this situation whatsoever. After saying we would get a call from a manager about the status of this issue, we never received a call and were forced to go to the front desk multiple more times, speaking with management who had no knowledge of the situation. This was pitiful and embarrassing and we ended up filing a police report for possible stolen property because hotel management was incompetent. Do not stay here; cheap prices are not justification for incompetence. Oh, I almost forgot. Our toilet broke about three times. There was fecal matter on the bathroom floor at one point. The maintenance guy came in and stepped on the carpet after stepping in the residue. This was the same carpet that I slept on when my three other friends were forced to sleep in our room."

"Excellent value/budget hotel close to Disney World! We stayed here for a total of 12 nights for a Disney vacation and found the rooms to be clean, spacious, and the property overall had decent amenities. We really enjoyed the pools (2), and the on-site gift shop/convenience store was very handy! Personally, for the price paid ("
