"I have been going to this Holiday Inn express, probably for 19 years and over the years it’s gone from good better and now it’s gone back down. I was there for four days and the floor in the bathroom look dirty and one day the room was not even made up, I talked to the person at the desk that didn’t seem to care just gave me some towels and washcloths. I tried to contact management, but didn’t have any success."

"Overall okay; everyone at the front desk was kind except 1 woman. I inquired about late check out, being an IHG member, and she informed me right away that wouldn't be able to be granted because they were booked. She knew this without even checking. Disappointed because that is a perk of being a member- who knows if it even was true. Also, other hotels usually have non-caffeinated options at their coffee bar in the lobby, except this one had none. I've never had such a thing. As a non caffeine drinker- also highly disappointed. And no bar!"

"Nice staff. Rooms are a bit dated and the carpet isn't great. My main complaint is the room smells so strong of Fabuloso or something similar that it's burns my nose and is giving me a headache. Last time I stayed here the pillow case smelled like it too and that drove me nuts trying to get to sleep. Overuse of such products do not make me think something is clean. That makes me think they're trying to hide something... Like someone who doesn't shower but is drenched in cologne."

"I know I have been to many hotels in different parts of the world, but Holiday Inn Express Tampa-Brandon, has won my heart over. Location, rooms cleanliness, services, and everything else. A serene, secluded and wooded areas, well preserved. Oh gosh! I missed it already. I highly recommend it."

"Awesome stay! Front desk staff is friendly, housekeeping staff is super helpful and over all stay was awesome! Gorgeous courtyard in back of hotel overlooking beautiful pond. Hotel is nestled away in the middle of gorgeous oak trees away from busy traffic. I-75, a mere 2 minutes away. In room amenities include coffee maker(with coffee, sweetener and powdered cream), microwave, mini fridge, and bodywash/shampoo/conditioner in the shower. Beds are super comfortable and each come with 4 pillows. Check this place out!"
