Lucerne at Lake Brandon Apartments

"2k plus a month is insane for an apartment this subpar! All the perks are garbage, and the tennis courts are crowded with screaming kids most days. The playground is right where all the porches are so again crying, screaming kids all day. The car wash is laughable. I haven't used it once after it took my money it's old as can be anyway. The gym is trash, the hot tub is never hot, the gates are a joke, and it doesn't keep anyone out. People have come through the gate the opposite direction when as I was leaving . My apartment is falling apart literally, the walls are so thin all we hear above us is feet pounding because our neighbor could care less about anyone but them. It sucks to pay mortgage sized payments for such a crappy living situation. Oh the parking sucks as well I've never lived somewhere without at least one assigned parking spot for the tenants. I imagine they will want to increase my rent next lease to. The world has become insane and what we are expected to pay for these apartments is insane!"

"The host was fabulous!! She showed us options, pricing and all the outstanding updated, clean and well maintained common areas. We were as impressed with the property but more impressed with the enthuisiasm and energy we were greeted with. The lady said she was from Belize sorry I cant remember her name but it was a 5 star visit!! Apartments were extremely nice and upgraded with new flooring, paint, appliances and fixtures."

"I certainly do enjoy living here at Lucerne. It's kept extremely well , clean and neat. Maintenance request are fulfilled super quick and the staff are all phenomenal. I couldn't be happier."

"Just moved in this month, and seriously regretting my decision to move here. Since move in day every key given to me didn’t fit the door it was intended for. Image moving all your things and having to stop because you can’t open door of apartment, frustrating. It’s been 1 week and I’m having issues with roaches, and the roaches are huge. I’m pissed that I have to spend the next 10 months with pest never had roaches a day in my life didn’t think at this point in my life I would have to. Not only is the apartment infested with pest, the entry door missing the weather stripping gap under door so big I can stick my foot under the door. What the hell this is crazy, put in work order to fix and maintenance placed weather stripping halfway across the door and left other side with gap. Pointless! Can’t believe I’m paying $1750 to live like this. Going to be a long 10 months."
