Their comprehensive tour and willingness to answer every question with patience and insight made a significant impression, demonstrating a high level of customer service that one would hope to find in a prospective home. The apartment community itself boasts a variety of amenities that cater to a wide range of interests and needs. The fitness center, swimming pool, and clubhouse are just a few features that stood out during my visit, each maintained to the highest standard. "DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. It’s dirty. Nothing ever gets fixed. They make you pay for a trash service that never comes and your trash just piles up. There’s not enough parking for the amount of people that live here. They’ve been telling me they are going to fix the gates for 10 months now. They are still wide open 24/7. They told us they were going to fix the tile in our apartment since we moved in 10 months ago. It’s still broken. The office staff never answers the phone and when you go into the office they are extremely unhelpful. The air conditioner breaks all the time. Very overpriced for what you get. Live somewhere else."

"Greystar Property Management has taken over at Courtney Trace and we're up to our ear pits in maintenance requests that are over 2 weeks without any response whatsoever. The halls and stairwells in most buildings are covered in spilled food, sodas, food waste, spit, and rodent / wildlife feces and urine. Can't remember the last time I saw a pressure washer around here maybe removing months and months of green mold all over the place. The manager expects or better yet, demands respect from people who are left guessing when one of those golf carts whizzing by all day might stop by and let you know you're on the list. Poor queue management here. Property manager KIM ANDERSON has done this complex a large disservice with her lack of decency and sensitivity to the apartment renter."

"Greystar Property Management is obscenely negligent. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is a slum-lord managed community. There is little, if any, regard to the renter for maintenance or quality of life. The community is filthy, the stairwells are stained with blood, vomit, animal feces, q-tips, food and other waste. It's gross. I've lived here through 4 property managers over 5 years and this is the worst I've ever had. If you think you're getting a good deal, love the convenience of its locations, you'll be sadly mistaken very quickly. The benefits will not outweigh the blatant negligence and disregard for paying customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
