"They are very helpful when I need assistance and no complaints on the neighbors. However, I have had repeated roach sightings in my apartment due to leaky plumbing. The plumbing hasn't been fixed as they just continue to just spray. My oven door hasn't been replaced either as I called them when it was time to order one."

"I’ve lived here almost a year and never had any bug issues, or issues with other residents. The apartments are perfectly priced. Lately I have been seeing that they are trying new things in the community and also doing upgrades in apartments and the community amenities. They have 2 pools, a gym, a dog park, lakes in the middle and all around the back and a playground. They have benches all over the property and a tennis court. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews they could be true BUT you always have to experience something yourself before you can judge it. Maintenance does things quick and communicates very well. The new maintenance manager Jeff is doing amazing so props to him! The leasing staff Rick and Kirstyn go above and beyond for all of the residents and are very welcoming to the office and answer questions quick and will explain anything if you have any issues."

"I have lived here for 6 years and just like any place you will ever live it has it ups and down. Overall the pros outweighs the cons. I mean who can say living in FL after 6 years that have never had a big problem? me, I can and that's amazing to me. The staff is friendly and always try to help to the best of their ability. Its a great place to live"

"Been here since April of 2023. Maintenance team is great! I have had no bug issues even with other people moving in and out, very quiet at night time. Residents are all friendly with each other and treat you well! Rick is great in the office and I have no complaints for him. Anyone will have something to say on the internet but don't knock a place before you see it for yourself."

"My boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment and made an appointment with this place and had to reschedule a couple times due to work and staying overtime. Once we finally came to see one for a self-guided tour, we were confronted with one of their office people. Some bald white guy.. he was super rude and condescendingly saying “oh you made 4 appointments wasn’t sure which one you’d be coming to finally” and told us to wait outside while he was with someone else. At that point we said NOPE and left to go move somewhere else. The atmosphere is pretty sketchy here and I wouldn’t recommend moving here!"
