"The apartments are fine, just maybe Have to jiggle toilet bowl handle or else toilets will continue to run. Ceilings not too Insulated as to noise extreme noise upstairs to the point. Of acting to leave the apartment. Good landscaping and free laundry room. Actually very happy here except for the stopping upstairs"

"Worse place ever! Broken down and everything including toilets broke. Been here 3 weeks and maintence out everyday. I want to move at their expense. By far not a luxery apartment. Pools are nice that's it. Paint peeling on balcony from day one. Not at all worh what it cost to live in this dive. Moved out state here and pictures were false advertisement."

"They didn't check the apartment and gave me a defective one. A/C not working properly many complains have been made and the maintenance team just brush it off like FL is not in a heat wave. The toilet was clogged the first day I moved in, they half fixed it, and was clogged again in less than a month, when I requested the maintenance they took more than 4 days to fix it. Desperately then I visited the office and the lady told me that my maintenance request "wasn't an emergency and I had to wait more" also with a attitude. Terrible customer service, there is ways to talk when you work for customer service and that was not the way. I'm moving out immediately the contract is over. Now the gate is been broken for more than a week. One of the reasons for me to move here was that it was a gated community. The gate still wide open every day for a whole week now. This is not a luxury apartment complex. I will never recommend this place to my family and friends."
