"I am completely impressed with Alcides customer service and professionalism. He goes above and beyond expectations! I had issues with my AC a couple of months ago. He had to come out serval times to fix it. The AC was replaced by an outside company a few weeks later and suddenly stopped working 3 days later. Alcides came back checked everything thoroughly and figured out what was wrong. He came back the next morning and tells me “do not worry you will have a working AC within an hour.” All with a smile in his face. I truly appreciate him for his hard work, dedication, and great attitude. He really makes a difference."

"I’m one of the many people who has been living here for many years and can say how unfortunately this place change and get worse every year, not only do our rental prices rise every 6 months, but the service is terrible, at least for me since I moved to the building where I live and been getting sick with allergies that I never have before because of the disgusting dirty old AC unit I have, How is it possible that living in Florida in such a hot climate they do not give priority or maintenance to air conditioners! (look the pic) I lost count of the times that this AC has been damaged and they do nothing to solve the problem professionally as it should of being, while I have to visit my doctor weekly for allergy injections and waiting for them to change the unit or replace the pieces that they offered me. Very upset and disappointed!!! and at this moment without air conditioning again! but I clarify that it is nothing personal with any of the employees who work here because they have always treated me well when they see me specially Maria, Hector & Kelvin. I just hope they do something about it, consider us and treat us as everyone deserves!!"

"Westchester apartments are some of the worst apartments I’ve ever lived at. The air conditioning does not work nor do the appliances and along with them not working they won’t get replaced for months. I occasionally dealt with roaches. The maintenance men are supposed to be available at all times except for some reason all of them take the same lunch and seem to never get off lunch so don’t bother asking for help. On top of all this, I was at the pool one day and asked for an umbrella for the table because it was very hot and we had the kids with us the youngest being 3 so we needed shade. They said they would call the maintenance men, so they did and said they are all on lunch. I asked how long they said it shouldn’t be more than 30 minutes. An hour goes by and still nothing. I go in and ask the four ladies if there is anyway they could let me grab it or if they could do it. They said no and that the men are still on lunch. By this time it’s been two hours and they haven’t given any update, so I go to the bathroom and end up seeing the umbrellas so I grab my own but for it to be that easy to grab it and put it up why couldn’t they do it themselves. Just terrible service here and it is awful how the office ladies act towards you."
