"Lack of timely maintenance, unresolved issues since I’ve moved in. Unauthorized entry, maintenance personnel has entered my unit without my permission as stated on the work order. Incomplete tasks, maintenance has closed work orders without completing the tasks. Failure to provide promised services, despite paying for trash and valet services, I have had significant delays in garbage pickup. Safety concerns, the aggressive behavior of my neighbor, harassment and verbal abuse has created an unsafe environment for my family and I. I feel threatened and targeted in my own home. Lack of support from management, the response from the office manager, dismissing and labeling my reaction as “insane,” demonstrates a lack of empathy and support for tenants like myself experiencing genuine distress. Failure to address my valid concerns further erodes trust in the management’s ability to maintain a safe and respectful community. Disruption of family-friendly environment, the presence of neighbors engaging in disruptive behavior, such as smoking marijuana and affecting the air quality in my apartment, undermines the family-friendly atmosphere promised by the apartment complex. As a pregnant mother with children, I have a right to live in an environment free from these disturbances. The latest incident adds to a pattern of management neglecting to address and resolve issues affecting tenants’ quality of life, such as maintenance delays, service failures, and tenant safety. Given the ongoing issues I’ve experienced and recent escalation of safety concerns, I would like to escalate my concerns beyond the insensitive and uncaring manager."

"Freshly painted exterior, upgrades A/C units for every apartment, well maintained landscaping, and fast response time with work orders! The walls are are also thick and insulated so you will almost never hear your neighbors upstairs or through a connecting wall! The management is easy to get a hold of and are always eager to take care of whatever needier concern I may have. My family is happy hear and we are lucky to have found a great place to live."

"I have lived here since 2021 and it has been nothing but problem after problem. We went 6 weeks without hot water in our unit, 60-70 days without air conditioning in the summer, in Florida. We made several requests to the maintenance team and property management without support or resolution. Our tickets were closed without anyone coming to see what was going on. I was even told by a manager that my newborn and husband will be okay without air because they are Dominican. This is absurd. There’s new management and the manager Michelene is amazing and is always helpful, but anyone above her has made empty promises and it’s very frustrating."

"I recently moved back to this apartment after a few years of not living here. The management was SO helpful in getting me a place to stay. Timmy and Micheline worked hard and were dedicated to making sure I got into a place to call home. I was beyond impressed with their ability to meet my persistence. The property in itself is so quaint and adorable. You feel like you are being transported into your own little town when coming home. The neighbors are friendly and many are long term residents. The pool area and all the nature around is my favorite part of this complex. The actual apartment is great in size for the price. It has many upgraded features that make it more appealing than other apartments. You walk in to your apartment and it feels like home."

"I just moved in here and my apartment is so cute. Everything has been upgraded on the inside. The outside could use a little paint refresh but the grounds are kept clean. Michlene in the office is absolutely fantastic. She fixes any issues right away. She is always on top of everything If she doesnt have an answer she will find one. I absolutely recommend this community. I look forward to staying here for a while."
