"From the moment I called to make the reservation, the service was terrible, they did not give me any confirmation number on the website, it said one price and they charged me another. When checking in, the person was not friendly at all, we entered the room and the smell was horrible, there was toilet paper on the floor, everything was dirty, it was not a safe place to rest, there were many people around the place. They deceived me with false advertising that they do for this place since on the page they sell something that is not real."

"Room was ok, shower floor seemed iffy but we were on the first floor so it would not have sent me far. The pool was clean and the desk peeps were super nice and helpful which helped their review. A little far from Old Town where we went for the night but we discovered new restaurants and attractions being further away so it balanced out"

"Hotel is EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY dirty. They DO NOT mop their floors they use a a cloth rag attached to what appears to be a window squeegee. They advertise non smoking rooms that reek of weed and cigarettes. Not a kid friendly hotel. No roaches however the shower had a broken floor and did not offer a tub style just walk in dirty shower. Some staff were helpful but most speak very little English and the ones who do are very unpleasant. The African American man working night shift was as unpleasant as the Helga looking Spanish lady at checkout. Please please take my advise and run. They also charge a deposit that I watched 2 people not get back for obscene reasons. Plus 14$ extra each day. No rags or sheets available upon request and the toilet worked half my 3 days stay. Beds comfy But take a closer look and bed bugs are present. Ask for a different room claimed they were fully booked . WORST stay ever"

"Great rooms with plenty of space. Was quiet as well. The only issue was the front desk manager. I know I was a little bit tired and asked kind of a lot from him, but I only came down maybe three times and told him this would be my last. I came down the last time to just ask for a fork. because I forgot to ask before. This time, the front desk guy threatened me by saying he would report me for trespassing the next time I came down. How awful is that to hear from any hotel?!!?? So degrading and rude. The police even knew him. I wasn’t playing games. I didn’t really like the energy from the beginning. Ended up calling the police. they didn’t do anything except say to call customer service. I called customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do regarding a refund credit or feature hotel stay. No matter, the rating or price, I will never be staying in an Econo Lodge or choice hotel again. He should be retrained or kicked out."

"The room was dirty. I had to go to Dollar Tree across the street and buy some cleaning stuff to clean the shower and bathroom. There were hairs, and it was disgusting. The bed had bedbugs so I had to request new sheets. You could feel the springs in the mattress. The staff at the front desk was pretty friendly, and the waffle breakfast was good. It was kind of a rough crowd of people staying there, so just be aware of that. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a family with children. If you're looking to save money, it's nice that they have breakfast, but be prepared to go to Dollar Tree and buy some cleaning supplies. Bring your own sheets."
