"I am a long term choice hotel customer that have enjoyed most of my stays at several locations from Michigan, Alabama and Florida. I checked in on 9/7/23 for an overnight stay. I was initially assigned room 310. After a while my teenage son noted what appeared to be semen on the bed skirt. I returned to the front desk and spoke with Mia who was such a sweetheart and apologized. She then assigned me another room 107 after inspection of this room I found a tub with specks of old blood and a horrible odor in addition I found a semen/body fluid cover chair. I then approach Mia again who then went above and beyond to find my sons and I a room that she herself inspected to make us comfortable. Mia was successful and was very caring and apologetic. Her professionalism speaks volumes and this hotel should be proud that she is a member of this team. She deserves a 5/5 for her professionalism but this hotel is disgusting! I would never recommend nor will I return!!"

"This place is a dump. It has stained carpets, rust and mold in the rooms, and gaps under your door. The water barely works, we had hot water randomly turn on and off on us. When I took a shower the water kept turning off about 3 times and you had to wait for water pressure to build up so the water would come back on for a few mins until it turned off again. This place has marks all over the walls and patches like people punch holes on the walls and doors. The blackout curtains were so old and falling apart that you could see light through the curtains. The bad thing for me is I had 2 separate bookings a few weeks apart for this hotel and after staying there the first time, I would never stay at this hotel again, I called them numerous times to get a refund on my second trip so I could stay somewhere else and I got the run around and told they would call me back and it’s been weeks and I got no refund for the second booking I had. Thanks to this dump, I had to pay for 2 hotels rooms for one night because I stayed at another hotel. Comfort inn kept my money and even rented the room to some other person so they made double the money while I had to pay for their room I didn't even stay in and another room at another hotel. Also, this hotel charges a 12 dollar resort fee, I don’t know how that is even possible when they don’t have adequate running water to the rooms. We told the front desk as we left about the water issues and all we got was a shoulder shrug and she she said she would let someone know and then she gave us a receipt for our 12 dollar resort fee charge, what a joke! This place is a scam, DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"I was 7 minutes away from my friends at Disney all stars. Hotel is older definitely some things that need to be replaced. I am very happy with my stay. It was quiet. I never once felt unsafe. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. My kids were so excited to have Mickey waffles We will definitely be back."

"I have stayed in many hotels - quite a few in this area - and I have to say that this place is a breath of fresh air. The property is very nice and well kept, the rates are affordable, and above all else the customer service is phenomenal. I mean, shockingly phenomenal. I have had the pleasure of staying here for a week, and day after day I have watched everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance treat each and every person that has walked through their doors with kindness and respect. Again, what a breath of fresh air. The rooms are nice and clean, everything operates correctly, and if there is an issue it is addressed and resolved promptly. The modern and stylish lobby has a gift shop, multiple seating areas, an attached restaurant, and a room where a delicious (and vast) breakfast is served daily by friendly and courteous staff. Coffee, tea and water are always available in the lobby, as is open access to a desktop computer and laser printer. But back to the staff… all I can say is that that if you are one who values goodness and positivity and seeks to do business with others alike, this is the choice for you and your family. A+ across the board."

"Our visit to Disney didn't go as planned, but I must say that the hotel we stayed at was the highlight of our trip. The bunk bed king bed room was fantastic, offering plenty of space for the three of us, incredibly comfortable beds, cleanliness, and a peaceful environment. The staff, especially the lady expecting a baby (whose name I unfortunately forgot), went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She was always there with a smile, even when I needed help with my room key multiple times. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of everything we needed, from shopping to dining, gas stations, convenience stores, and, of course, Disney Parks and water parks, all within walking distance. The heated pool and bubbly jacuzzi were delightful, and the spacious and clean parking lot was a plus. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a variety of breakfast items, including perfectly made Mickey waffles, all in a very sanitized dining area. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend staying here. The large rooms come at very reasonable prices. Thank you to the wonderful staff; we may return, just not to Disney."
