"They raise the rent $200 a year and you get nothing for it. The units have roaches and cabinets that are dated. I moved out and got charged $25. renters insurance even though I was covered by my own and they refuse to refund my money. It’s a big ripoff!"

"We recently had some issues with on-site management communication and online payment system after living here for 1.5 years. I was contacted by a senior manager after a complaint was made who addressed the problem, really listened to my concerns, and fixed what he could. I am giving 3* as I think this place is well maintained, affordable while within a lease, and we didn't really have major complaints until earlier this year.... Which although took some time were addressed and corrected."
"I have lived in this complex for a year now and it's great. Very quiet and peaceful. The one bedroom apartments are very spacious and nice. The management does a great job of keeping the area clean and the landscape beautiful. The laundry room is big and very accomodating considering all of the units. Alexis, the office manager is wonderful. She is super nice and kind, always helpful and attentive to your requests."
