"This Motel 6 in La Mesa, Ca. Is the best one that I have stayed at! The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They are really helpful and will do everything to assure that you have a wonderful stay at the Motel! This is a friendly, family owned business and they are the nicest people you would ever want to meet! I've stayed there on numerous occasions and I have had really good experiences every time. The motel is currently being remodeled and Iast week I got to stay in one of the new rooms. They are fabulous and everything was brand new! But the rooms are still very inexpensive! I highly recommend this Motel. They definitely get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me! ✔️ Them out when you need to stay at a motel, you will enjoy it! A Huge Shout Out To All Of The Staff At The Motel 6, La Mesa, CA. "Horrible Experience with Front Desk and Customer Service. Our room wasn't cleaned while my two night stay. When asked, the front desk only said, 'we need to contact the housekeeper directly to ask to be cleaned.' We asked for extra towels and she only gave us hand towels and said that was the best she can do. She seemed rather racists, as she was just completely rude from the beginning. I DO NOT recommend you stay and expect to be treated well."
"We waited 15 minutes for someone to come in the lobby to help us, only to be told we had to come back in 30 minutes as we were too early (although our rooms were ready!). The rooms smelled horrible of cigarettes, AC barely blew, sheets had burn holes, toilet paper dispenser was ripped off wall and MIA, mold spots on wall...bare minimum all the way around. It was a place to lay our heads but definitely won't be staying again."
