"The studios here are horrible. The management, Tracy Corbarubias is disgusting. All the motels and apartments are infested with roaches, some have bed bugs, and there is black mold. The owner always stands by the poor management he hires. He is a slum lord."

"This place is in a great location in la mesa close to shopping and places to eat along bus line and trolly the manager Debbie is Awesome and keeps her property super clean. I was visiting a few years ago and when i came back to San Diego she was the first person i called. She was able to accommodate me for my new stay during my work transfer. Thanks Debbie you made my revisit incredible! !"
