"Just wanted to drop a well deserved review for the maintenance crew here at Eaves La Mesa. They do an excellent job of maintaining the community areas and landscaping/grounds are well groomed. Big shout out to Ian who always maintains a prompt and professional attitude when addressing maintenance issues. It doesn't take him very long to identify the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. Whenever I see Ian (or any of the maintenance crew on property), they are quick to say hello and always have a friendly demeanor. In the eight years I have lived here, it's nice to have a consistent team of people doing a great job managing the property."

"I went with a friend who was looking to move to La Mesa and had a great experience seeing the Eaves apartments. It was a beautiful place to live and the staff was so helpful. Sheri helped us tour the property and she was so kind and very informative to all the questions we had. We also had a few questions about the property so Fletcher, Ian and Frank were there to answer any questions we had. Our experience was great and glad we came here to see these apartments. Thanks to the staff for all their help."

"Sheri is fantastic and awesome. I moved in about two weeks ago and she has supported me from the time I completed the application until I moved in. It was really nice that they also had a Welcome Kit in the unit. My dishwasher was also not working properly and one email to Sheri, she was on it. Frank and Ian (maintenance) visited me a day after I sent the email and informed me that they will be ordering me a new dishwasher. They also checked in to see if anything else needed fixing and if I was ok with the apartment. Thank you Sheri, Ian, and Frank."

"Sherri & Frank are absolutely FANTASTIC! The whole community is so clean and well kept! Everyone cleans up after their pets and the amenities are top notch! I would definitely recommend this community to anyone who is looking for above and beyond customer service! We looked at several apartments in the area & Sherri was the first representative to actually sit down with us and give us all the information we wanted without making it seem like we were bothering her! She was always smiling and so welcoming even after we signed our lease! If you’re in the market for a great community with people who actually love their job & to help others this is the place to be!"

"LOVE LOVE LOVE Eaves La Mesa!!! The property is well managed, the landscaping is beautiful and well maintained, the grounds are clean, the neighbors are friendly I wish I could give 100 stars!!! Moving into this complex was smooth (and we saw the place sight unseen as we moved across the county). Customer service is #1 for these folks! Ian, the Maintenance manager is wonderful and responds quickly and thoroughly. Best of all, when we needed to move closer to my job, they had an available unit at another Avalon Bay residence and the transition was seamless. I HIGHLY recommend this property and the company as well. We will be Avalon Bay residents for a long, long time! Thanks Sheri, you are the best!"
