"My long review with photos and more details keeps getting deleted, I wonder why. Living in this complex was horrible. Broken appliances, our car got dinged in the parking lot and we have proof and staff did nothing, mold + bugs in the apartment, homeless presence everyday, loud neighbors, drugs, needles, whippits… laying around around the complex, banned dog breeds living there. My husband got attacked by another residents dog. Tenant next to us was doing drugs and subletting to a sex offender and when they moved our apartment to another one away from him they raised our rent (even after we agreed verbally that wouldn’t changed,) tried tricking us into signing another six month lease since they moved us, and they moved us near people that fought violently, and loudly, 24 hours a day. I didn’t feel safe in the cove whatsoever and I had a long, thought out review I’ve been trying to post and it keeps getting deleted. Do not move here even if it’s your last resort. Our year here was horrible."

"The leasing assistants provided abysmal service, displaying a lack of professionalism and consideration. Communication was consistently poor, and requests for maintenance went unanswered. The old apartment itself is in a state of disrepair, with frequent issues such as plumbing leaks, faulty appliances, and peeling paint. The overall living conditions are unacceptable, and the lack of assistance from the leasing office exacerbates the frustration. It's evident that the management's negligence has led to a deteriorating living environment. Prospective tenants should approach this property with extreme caution, as the combination of substandard service and a decaying apartment renders it an unsuitable living option."

"I lived at La Cove for 2 years, and the only complain I have is that I couldn't stay longer. My experience at this apartment complex was amazing. With being pet friendly and having a fully functional pet wash area, pool, and a friendly neighborhood. The maintenance team would quickly respond to any issues and were very professional. Erica and Mary were super helpfull always going above and beyond even after I moved out. (Talk about amazing customer service and professionalism.)"

"I moved into the Cove this week and the experience has been great. I must inform that i moved from Chicago here. The reviews online and pictures had me sold. I have also had a wonderful experience with the office staff especially Erica, who I have had the most interactions with. Erica and Mary were available to answer questions during the application process. Erica has went above and beyond to make me feel welcome during my move. There were some issues with the apartment when I moved in, but were addressed very quickly. The maintenence staff were very friendly and efficient. The complex is really nice and fairly quiet. My first week has been amazing so far."
