"Note: I do not live here, I visited a friend that does. Beautiful apartment complex! Great visitor parking situation and good amenities. I like that some units have garages. Many of the apartments seem to be setup very nicely for a 2 roommate situation with the living area in the middle of two nicely sized bedrooms and bathrooms."

"The prices here are over the top too high. This place use to be better when the RV management owned it. Now that Greystar owns it all they care about is your money… service for maintenance never comes, the property was poorly made, I always have issues with the floors hearing people walking and they creek whenever someone walks, the carpet they install is beyond cheap, the padding under is super thin and looks horrible after 3 months of walking on it. Service never replaced the rubber padding along the front doors so your neighbors doors are always slamming hard since the rubber is worn out so much. Dogs are always a problem here, no one cleans up afterwards, neighbors dogs are always barking super loud. BBQ are always gross and the cleaning brush looks like it’s never been replaced. Demo unit they show has the fan/AC on so it blocks out the highway noise. The apartments right on the highway are super loud… and yet VERY expensive. You are paying to breathe in vehicle pollution off the highway and get cancer. “Studies have found increased risk of premature death from living near a major highway or an urban road.” New leasing manager is super mean and just beyond rude. She doesn’t want to ever be nice and friendly. This property has homeless people go through the trash and looks like WW3 happened. It’s gross. There’s been physical fights on the property and no security in sight ever… it’s not all the safest. A ton of solicitors at your door at 7-8pm.. Packages go missing from your door step all the time and it’s a Common issue here. The amount of money you pay to live here and deal with these issues it’s not worth it."

"I’m only leaving 5 stars for the leasing agent , Ray. He was so nice and was very helpful with all the questions I had to ask. He made me feel very welcomed unlike the other agent there, Alice. She seemed bothered to answer my questions. Thank you Ray."

"The amenities are great (pool, barbecue pit, gym , business center, location ..). I liked that my apartment came with a carport, it’s actually better in my opinion since the garages are really small. I only lived here for a few months but it was too long! Shortly after I moved in I noticed that the apartment was infested with roaches/ waterbugs. When I brought this to the attention of the office they sent out the exterminator company that supposedly “visits” once a week. Unfortunately, I continued to see pests throughout the apartment, it was like living in a constant nightmare. In my opinion, the cost of a 1 bed/ 1 bath ( I was paying $2375 at the time), the decor (outdated), and on top of all that the walls are very thin ( also depending which building you’re in the noise is crazy loud from your balcony). The price does not add up to the quality of the apartment. The staff were rude and passive aggressive about 90% of the time.. just don’t live here."

"The community is very quiet and animal friendly. The amenities, firepit, grills, business center and gym are usually always available. The clubhouse is perfect for any gathering of 50 or less. The decor is superb, with a pool, several tables indoors and an outdoor dining table. It is just amazing. Staff is always helpful. Would live here again if I return to San diego."
