"Very poor management and negligence In with move in process . This management has from beginning of July to fix repairs in the apartment I was going to move into but still haven't and it's a day before move in, and they informed me just a few days ago of lingering pest issue which they said they dont have a definite date it will be resolved. Now having temporarily staying at a park justo move into on 24 this was way too negligible on their part and me and my son and dog have already experienced great emotional and financial suffering. Now I have to be homeless for an unknown amount of time . This place unfortunately has a negative attitude which will only bring more negativity to them . So so sad and not surprising that they are also part of the company that owns the other apartments I came from which also was a awful experience. 2nd reply I disagree completely with your opinion. You have been inconsistent with dates and other pertinent information, and were very discriminatory."
"I feel that the management likes to discriminate against their tenants. The management likes to tell their tenants housing people that helped the tenants get the apt that they will not renew their lease & also tell them that they don't want them there anymore. Honestly I feel something needs to be done about this. There should be no discrimination on anyone but yet that is exactly what the management is doing is discriminating against people that needs help with housing. Discriminating so bad that it is putting those that were on the streets rite back on the streets. Other than that tenants are respectful towards one another that's the only good thing about Palms of La Mesa."
"Very respectful , prompt to respond, eager to accommodate. I saw a 2 bedroom here today and had a great experience."
"I don't live there anymore thank god but when I did for 4 years the current manger at the time I'm not sure if it is the same lady, but she was not a pleasant person and the place was infested with roaches at the time. It may have gotten better but if it hasn't I would not recommend living there."
"If I still lived in San diego I would live here. Was always over as my friend lived here. Clean property, and the management were always kind to me as a guest. Also has a nice location to good food and grocery stores."
