"We had a very bad experience with your agent. We listed our house with Berkshire Hathaway and started showing our house. The house was shown to a customer by your agent on Saturday, 7-17-21 at 11.30 am. The agent was very unprofessional with no regard to the personal property of other people. When we came back we were in for a shock. The door to the garage was left wide open with the AC on!!!. The door from the family room to the sunroom was left open. The worst thing was that the door to the deck was left wide open. This created two problems : With the AC on we were basically cooling whole St. Louis County and the house was left wide open. Though the front door was locked and was on lockbox, anybody could have walked into the house through the deck. We really felt very vulnerable. I am glad we were not far away and came back to check. What would have happened if we were out of town or on vacation ? Any thief could ransack the house and walk away with anything. We have seen several homes with real estate agents in the past. After letting us out they go back to make sure the doors are closed and locked and lights are turned off . This is really very disappointing and unprofessional behavior!!!. "Do not rent from this place. LeonneMarie is a terrible person to have to deal with. Anytime you need something done it's pointless. They are a middle man to an owner of a property so really there is no need for them to exist in the rental side of real estate. If you have a serious question they just say thank you and random words that do not make any sense. I moved out early because of a very disruptive neighbor and there was an agreement between them and I to receive my last months rent and deposit. I have been asking about it for a month now and the answer I get is " I have no control over it." It has to do with the owner." But you can not talk to the owner because they do not let you have Thier number cause then you could prove having this middle person is a giant waste of his money.
