"My tenants just got evicted because we sold our house. Diane there realtor from brooklyn4u realty told them that my realtor should be helping them find an apartment but I explained to them that my realtor is not getting paid to find an apartment for them and she asked them why is everyting happening do fast. Mind you we gave them more then 3 months time. We offered to help them w the move by giving them $5000.00 for their 3 months security and rent signed paper and all. Then when I told them I was getting an eviction lawyer all of a sudden Diane found them an apartment in 2 days and they were advised that they would need $10,000.00for there move at this point I didnt care because they were leaving and they will be someone elses problem. I dont trust Diane as far as i could throw her. She is Unperfersional in many ways. I just hope that there new landlord on 74th st has better luck with them."

"My previous landlords daughter who was NOT OUR LANDLORD is trying to to say that Diane was not professional when she was and was the only one who cared enough. She work hard to get us an apartment because our income was not sufficient enough for landlords. By the way they didn't give us 3 months notice. My landlord came back from Italy the beginning of September and for 2 weeks said nothing. Then told us she was selling the house. 2 days later a real estate agent came to look over the house. Then we had people looking at the house right away. Most of the time we didn't even receive notice that people were coming. As far as getting us evicted ii told her do what you have to. I worked for an Eviction attorney in the past and I'm not stupid you can not get someone out that quick. I could have been really nasty and let them take us to court but all kept hearing from them is we are like family. Sure right we were out by December 4 2023 because Diane of Brooklyn 4 Realty was our Angel. When NO ONE else wanted to help she did. They are just mad because they had to pay us 10,000 to move and in reality we could have asked for more as per the Brooklyn Bar Association. She is just being childish. Her parents our old landlords had there closing in February. Yes my landlords were elderly and ill . But so is my sister and I am on disability. We lived there a very long time but in the end that didn't matter. They could have sat us down and talk but didn't even get that. If I was childish I would write about how things never got fixed in the apartment but i will let it go as now we have a better apartment and a better landlord. Please people don't believe her.
