"Rip off! Stay away! They sent me this message when I inquired about an apartment " Great! The unit is actually rent stabilized, and the rent is $1483. Being that it’s at an unbeatable price, and we’re getting an enormous amount of leads, we are collecting a flat $7000 brokers fee. It’s pricey upfront, but you definitely make that money back in the long term. If that works for you, we can schedule a showing." $7000 broker fee?!! Sickening!"
