"I am so thrilled with Koala as a timeshare owner of Shell points. I had a week at Peacock Suites in Anaheim that I forgot to cancel. I was within the penalty cancellation period, which would mean a loss of a significant number of my Shell points. Instead of cancelling and losing points, I listed it on Koala. It was verified within a few hours. Just a few days later, my week rented with Koala. I am thrilled with Koala. I have tried Redweek for the rentals I have for Peacock Suites and have had little success. I love that Koala has protection for me as an owner as well. If a renter damages the unit, the company has insurance to cover the damage. That's another worry I do not have. It's great for my peace of mind. With no upfront fees and the wide audience Koala seems to attract, I see no reason to use other rentals sites for my other rentals. I have now had 8 successful rentals through Koala."
