"Cleanliness, comfort, and space characterised our accommodation. With so many selections, the breakfast was fantastic. Great value for the money; we will most definitely go again."

"Great standards are provided throughout this motel. The staff members were kind, competent, and focused on meeting our requirements. There were several choices at the breakfast buffet."

"Awful experience! Choose other hotels. I stayed here for a week. Upon check-in, my key card wouldn't open the door; a staff member used their key to let me in and shrugged when I asked what to do the next day. I requested cleaning on the second day, but the room was left untouched (cleaning requests are accepted until 11 am, but default is no cleaning!). On the third day, they only replaced towels, didn't change the bedding, just smoothed it out! I doubt if they change bedding between guests or just tidy up. Didn't find bed bugs, but found condom wrappers under the bed. Breakfast was terrible; went once and found nothing edible. The walls are thin, despite the hotel being non-smoking, my room reeked of smoke. At 3 am, young groups returning loudly from parties kept the whole hotel awake. It's better to pay $100-200 extra and stay in a decent place than in this pigsty."

"We stayed here overnight following a show nearby. It was exactly what we needed for the night. Nothing fancy, but nothing terrible either. The rooms are VERY small, even compared to places I’ve stayed in Manhattan, but we made it work. Amenities overall were decent. Location was good for us since we were at an event near Prospect Park. Overall a good value for what you got. Nice and quiet!"

"Very disappointed. I booked a room for my mom and understood it wasn't a fancy hotel. However, the hotel was very rough around the edges and her room was not to par with what the photos of other guests and the hotel itself had posted. The walls were stained and peeling, the nightstand clearly needed replacing on both sides, and the bathroom while clean enough to use left a lot to be desired. The shelving under the sink was dirty and dusty and the shower had clear signs of mold and mildew. A fridge and an iffy looking hairdryer were present but there was no iron or ironing board. Due to the state of the room my mom didn't feel comfortable taking advantage of the free breakfast or the in room coffee maker. I will say the bed appeared to be clean and was comfortable for her. Overall I felt terrible I booked her this place as we were attending a funeral but it was such last minute she stuck it out. I do not think it was worth the $210 a night I paid even tho I know it's standard for the city. There is a hotel two blocks down that for just a little more money seemed to have a better set of amenities and cleanliness. I hope the hotel can put a little TLC into the space and give their guests what they deserve."
