"I’ve been living in one of the Manas properties in Park Slope, Brooklyn since early 2020. Of the property management companies I’ve had to deal with during my 5 years living in NYC these folks have truly been the best. I believe it’s primarily a family run situation, so immediately you get a way better experience than with most of the faceless management groups that are common around the city. The leasing office folks are friendly, attentive and really care about the tenants. My landlord Tommy has been wonderful as well, friendly and attentive and always on top of anything that he needs to share with us tenants or vice versa. The rare occasion where I’ve had to make a maintenance request has pretty much always been handled within a day or even the same day. They use a really great app for tenants to file maintenance requests and pay rent which is superrr convenient. The apartment and property itself have been wonderful too, the other tenants in the small building I rent from have been here for many many years and have been great neighbors which I’ve had the privilege of getting to know while living here. In a city where renting and dealing with property management can really be a huge pain or go poorly, I’m glad I ended up with these folks who gave me a great experience and highly recommend them to others!"
