"I had 22 email exchanges back and forth with Yoni about a listing. I changed my work schedule to accommodate not just one but three viewings, he rescheduled one, postponed the next last minute, and then ultimately scheduled one for two days later. StreetEasy told me there was a scheduled open house before then, Yoni never offered us to attend. After the open house, the only email I received stated “I have to cancel the viewing”. I noticed on StreetEasy it was now under contract. I replied asking if it had been rented, and that I could have attended the open house. He never responded. I emailed the agency, they also never responded. Moving in NYC can be a pain as it is. My husband and I were both very much looking forward to the new space, and prepared our landlord for the potential of us leaving as soon as possible. It’s a shame to deal with people like this when you personally are willing to do whatever it takes to make something happen as quickly as possible; answering how much money you make/who you are/when you can move in order to schedule a viewing in the first place, multiple reschedules, etc. Hopefully others have a better experience."

He really cared about us, understood what we were looking for and helped us find many different great places within our budget. Yoni was always available to answer our questions and quick to respond making it a very stress free process. Highly recommend!! He was the BEST!!!"
