"By just reading the reviews it baffles the mind to why this realtor is still allowed to practice, to rent, scam and steal your money, meanwhile sending you to a mold, bug infested apt. Revoke his license, the people working under him have no experience and no realtor license. Remove him and close that office. Shame on him for preying on the weak and vulnerable."
"Do not do business with this company. I answered and received an apartment for which Jason Western represented as the realtor. It turned out to be an fire hazzard. An illegal basement apartment that the owner had no business renting. Water accumulated in the walls throughout the apartment within months creating horrible mold and damaging my furniture. He didn't do his due diligence as a realtor and made sure the apt was violation free and legally rentable. I ended up having to move out. Meanwhile I find out after moving out that instead of his advised 1 month rent realtor fee Jason walked away over $5000 of my closing fee money including my security deposit in some kind of side deal with the owner. Jason Western is a scammer who should have his license reviewed and revoked."
"Beware!! Not pleased with Galvez Realty just out to make money renting apartments to people with bad credit scores and vouching that they are his employees and they good for the rent. Horrible experience and I won’t be using this office again. Bringing all kinda trash in the neighborhood. Pushing to buy his property listings so he can make his commission. His agents aren’t even licensed as claimed."
"this is the worst place to get help and find a apartment!!! if I was you go somewhere else these people don't care about families they will show you bad condition apartments and expect you to take the first apartment they show you ....the worst experience by far from a real estate office....hope they go out of business and in jail for being con artist !!! do not trust Alex or Virginia they are the ones who will give you a run around for your money and time ...."
