"Do not trust this company especially Virginia. She is deceitful, and tries to take advantage of the elderly. She tries to sneak things in the least agreement hoping that if you are a certain age you will miss it and then be locked into a bad least agreement. My family has known Alexander Galvez for a long time and had a great relationship but now that Virginia is running the office we will never do business with then again. When I confronted Virginia about her lying and deceitful tactics she said “I’m not and agent”. Well she’s showing apartments and houses and she’s creating lease agreement all as an agent. I will be reporting Virginia the non agent and This business to the Better Business Bureau. Please keep your older family members away from Virginia, this business and there predatory ways."
