"The new management in house is trying their best to resolve a slew of problems from prior management. Security is the big issue, the on site amenities such as the pool and grill area are regularly full of non residents. This is due to no security and a gate that is regularly open. We also have multiple units rented on Airbnb and other sites similar at this facility. A big plus, the generator recently was a life saver from the big storm."
"We love this property and the management on site is so friendly and personable. For such a large building, they still know all of their tenants. My only gripe is that this is a gated community but we have a problem with everyone from East Cleveland using the apartment amenities as public space. On the weekends or after hours during the week, the pool is full of people who are not residents and they use the grills and fire pit. I’m hopeful we will get security in the future as the management is currently working on updating the resident parking passes."
"New owners are not meeting the needs of residents. This is a no smoking building, but everyday my apartment smells like weed. The smell is overwhelming. It may be coming through the vents. Management is not addressing this. The building is dirty. Elevators, garage, and trash rooms are NOT being cleaned. Residents share that they don’t have A/C. The property is going down hill and long term residents are leaving. Very sad, this has been my home for 5 years and I am now considering leaving."
"I love the view and my apartment! Would love the option to buy if this ever becomes available. Office and maintenance staff are wonderful and super accommodating. Very happy about the updates, new carpet, paint, etc. in the hallways. Love love that you are all dog friendly! Would really like to have more social activities. Get it that this is a very transient place for many. Would also like to see recycling started again, as I take my recycling to the facility on East 55."
"Cleveland's Best Kept secret! Wow! the views are just incredible. The location is fantastic, you are in a quiet area but still very, very close to everything downtown. Pool is heated and well taken care of. Everyday someone is cleaning it. There are nice newer pool lounge chairs. A fire pit with fire wood, and two new Weber gas grills with plenty of propane. Small dog fenced in area right next to the lake. With trash cans and dog clean up bags for your use. Dog treats upon arrival into the lobby. Parking is just outside the front door (guests have a separate entrance) and you can also choose (for a fee) to have an inside parking spot. They offer a car wash station for free (bring your own cleaning products), vending machine with snacks, trash and recycling. A dedicated delivery / mail room. Work out facility also on site. Our apartment is a 2bed, 2bath on the 4th floor. I can't hear anyone next door, walking down the hall, above or below tenant noise. It's clean and well maintained. We always see staff cleaning, updating or doing maintenance. Wifi works great no complaints. Anyone we have come into contact with has been pleasant and friendly. The staff is putting together a wellness program. Right now they are starting with Yoga for anyone who wants to join from the building. We feel safe as well, there is security downstairs at night. You always have your key fob to enter the gate and building. All in all it's a great option."
