"I lived here for three years, and I wish I had left sooner. I left because they increased my rent by 15% after two 8% increases, so be wary if you think you're getting a good deal upfront. Good things: Living Downtown is great - especially this central, the building lobby is gorgeous, good noise insulation between units Bad things: Loud street noise - windows thin enough I could hear people skateboarding twelve floors below me, elevators/doors always broken, maintenance issues (they didn't fix my washing machine properly and I ruined like $100 worth of clothes) In summary, living here is fine, but The Leader is a better value, Terminal Tower/55 Public Square/75 Public Square all give better views, and the May Company is closer to restaurants. Just don't live at Reserve Square."

"It’s been an incredible experience here! The apartments are incredible here and at such an incredible price, it’s totally worth staying at the Standard. The staff here is also amazing! Highly recommend anyone who is looking to move downtown to go to the Standard!"

"I have been here almost a year now, it has been very nice for the most part. Quiet, updated apartments, the heart of downtown. But my biggest complaint is the elevators, every few months or so, one set of elevators will be out of order. Sometimes management will leave note on the elevator, sometimes send out emails, sometimes there will be no communication at all, you have to find out for yourself when you have to wait for the single elevator to get you at 5:30 pm when people are getting off work. It can be very annoying not knowing why it is not working, is it planned maintenance? Or is it broken? We have no idea since there is no communication from management. Is there an ETR? No idea either. Very frustrating."

"Would STRONGLY advise against living in this property. While the location is central to the city, it unfortunately has consistent issues with basic property amenities (doors are often broken, elevators not operational). There are also occasional issues with theft and unauthorized access. It is a shame the management appears to know about these issues but withhold them from applicants to be able to tack on extra fees when you inevitably choose to move out. Save yourself the headache!"

"So far it's been great. I had a virtual tour by Isiah and he has been in contact with me whenever I needed anything. Moving in was super easy with the large freight elevator and moving carts. I would give 5 stars if getting into the building was easier. The city has one half the street blocked and one of the entrances is exit only. Also the unloading and loading area in front of the entrance is blocked a lot of time with valet cars."
