The on-site services, such as a 24-hour concierge, security, and maintenance, adds a level of convenience and peace of mind I cannot recommend enough! Again, I have to say that living at “The May” feels like being part of a robust community, thanks in large part to the exceptional property management team. Sadie, Donna, and Miranda working tirelessly to ensure residents feel valued and cared for. Their dedication, combined with the outstanding features and amenities, have made “The May” an unparalleled place for me to call home."

"Building is beautiful inside and out. The building is kept well maintained inside. The maintenance engineers are always quick and very helpful. The security and concierge are nice and helpful as well. Only one complaint, which happened after I moved out, but they kept in contact and got it resolved. Also, this is the quietest apartment I've lived in. I forgot people lived next door or above me due to how well built/insulated these are."

"Awesome building with immediate access to all that downtown Cleveland has to offer. Their units are beautifully appointed and the building has a great modern atmosphere. Balconies have amazing vistas of downtown and are also very private."
